We had a lovely off season stay at Mar Azul! The house is spacious enough for 6 adults to enjoy each others company and have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and the location of the house is incredible! Our proximity to the Cliff Walk, First and Second Beach and downtown Newport was great. Everything is easily accessible by car or Uber which makes it super easy! Rick was a great host, providing recommendations and quickly on call when we needed things throughout the stay. I would highly recommend people to stay here and we hope to come back in the summer sometime!

This property had everything we could possibly need. We recently stayed with the family for our son’s destination wedding The space is perfect for entertaining the family. The groomsmen also came to get ready with the Groom on the wedding day. It was beyond perfect! The host is extremely responsive and we Will definitely be returning with the family in the future!

The house is absolutely fantastic and the location unbeatable! Super clean and updated. You can easily have two families of 4 with their separate spaces and enough room on the second floor for everyone to hang out. Our host, Rick, was extremely proactive, super nice and helpful. We really cannot say enough good things about this property and our overall experience.

I highly recommend Mar Azul!The owners - Lizete and Rick - (along with Kelly the Property Manager) were hospitable, very accessible and all provided speedy responses. We could not have picked a better place for our gathering. We were a group of adult friends who stayed for 6 nights. This contemporary Easton’s Point beach home is located on a peaceful residential street. Décor and design is photo shoot worthy. The beach is a two minute walk away. There are a few restaurants/bars, stores and liquor all within a 10 minute walking distance of the beach house. Downtown Newport, RI is 6-10 minute drive depending on traffic. The spacious and thoughtful layout of this vacation rental is great for the group to gather together but also provides privacy over three levels. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and provided appropriate storage. The gourmet kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, plenty of serving/glasses/utensils and the linen closet well stocked.We enjoyed the outdoor spaces from sunrise through twilight. The multiple options include two balconies with views of Easton Bay and the backdrop of the Cliff Walk in the distance, a covered front porch and an outdoor patio in a landscaped backyard with a lush garden feel. The second full kitchen on the first floor provided great access to the fridge and supplies when grilling out or hanging out on the patio. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!
