Pretty little house in the countryside renovated in a farmhouse near Disney with all the comforts for your stay, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, a toilet, upstairs 2 bedrooms (new bedding), a bathroom with shower, in the attic, another large room access by a retractable staircase in quite steep aluminum (recommended at least 12 years).
You can park your vehicle in a closed courtyard.

Was greeted by Sylvie & Rudi on arrival, most welcoming hosts and took us around the property. Lovely clean house and spacious rooms. We knew the Location was great and with supermarket, McDonalds, local bakery and access to the motorway minutes down the road. Disney just 10mins away. Parking is in a secure courtyard which is great. Would definitely return.

A lovely place to stay. Close to local shops and only 10 minute drive to Disney.The area is tranquil and you are surrounded by picturesque countryside.Our only down side was that my Daughter was ill amd couldn't make it into the loft so can't really comment on how that room was but the rest were lovely. No air con but there are fans in all the rooms which cooled us down really well despite the hot weather.Sylvie and Rudi are wonderful hosts, very welcoming and always available if you need any help.

This was our first time staying here and it won't be our last. It's a fabulous location and is you pay the £2 toll then only 11 min from Disney. Traffic can be a bit busy the non toll route. With Super U minutes away you have everything you need. With the hosts on site it was never an issue. We felt welcomed and art ease.

A great base for a family of 4 if you have a car. We got the train from Esbly (free parking at the station) into Paris (30mins) for sightseeing, followed by 2 days at Disneyland Paris (15min drive). There is a SuperU within 5mins rive and Sylvie & Rudi are great hosts. Their gite is exactly as writtwn,

We were made very welcome by Sylvie & Rudi. House was lovely and clean. Ideal holiday accommodation. You do need a car to get around though. Also not suitable for a disabled person because the stairs are quite steep. If you have a car, this holiday place is only a few minutes drive away from Disneyland. We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a base for our first visit to Disneyland and to take our young girls to Paris. We found the perfect spot and property here. Sylvie and Rudi were fabulous hosts and looked after us so well. We flew into Beauvais which is c. 1hr40mins drive. We were only c. 10 mins from the Disney parks and around an hour by train to the Eiffel Tower. The local area, like the park in Quincy Voisin and some lovely cafes and restaurants in Crecy la Chapelle (Chez Angelo, Kota'Cote, Cote Asia and of course Creperie de Crecy) is beautiful. And of course there are plenty boulangerie locally, one close by in Bouleurs and another in Quincy. All in all we absolutely loved our trip, obviously Disneyland Paris was the hightlight but our stay was all the more enjoyable for staying here.

The property is well located in a nice, cozy, small village and a good thing is it's gated all around. You get a remote to operate the gate at your leisure and the house itself is overly complete. The bedrooms are nice and the bathroom is complete, clean and of a good size. There's also a washing machine in the bathroom and a heated towel rack. Kitchen is also complete and the living and dining area are fine. The TV is of a good size, so watching a movie is no problem at all. There are enough shops around locally, where you can get pretty much anything you need within just a short drive and a supermarket a bit further away. The highway is a couple of minutes away and from there you can zoom to anywhere, including Disney. From there you can also take the train. When you stay at this house there is not a lot left you could ask for. Just maybe an HDMI-cable to connect your laptop to the TV and that was provided within no time at all by the very nice couple, who own and rent this place out.

A lovely small house in a great location for Disneyland Paris and a railway station for Paris.

The house is in small village just a 10-15 minutes drive from Disneyland Paris via the motorway and a couple of minutes from a good sized supermarket (Super U) open 9am - 9pm, with a petrol station. There's also a McDonald's for emergencies! The house is one of three pretty farm building conversations in a little village and is very well equipped and decorated and the owner lives two doors away! We were welcomed by Sylvie with a bottle of wine and Easter eggs for the children which was a lovely touch. Parking is in a private courtyard behind electric gates (you get a remote control!) and can be used as an outdoor seating area. The 3rd bedroom / loft room was not available for us which didn't really matter but is worth checking. There's small town (Crecy La Chapelle) a couple of miles away with a railway station with trains every half an hour to Paris (one change and takes 50-55 mins to Gare l'Est). We managed a day out at the Eiffel Tower as well as 2 days at Disneyland. Overall, this is a very nice property for a break or holiday in a fantastic location for both Disneyland Paris and Paris itself and warm welcome. We would use the property again.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sylvie und Rudi sind sehr nett und haben uns sofort begrüßt, als sie zu Hause waren. Verständigung prima, da Rudi Niederländer ist und sehr gut Deutsch kann. Aber mit Englisch konnte man sich mit Sylvie unterhalten. Wird sicher nicht das Letzte Mal sein das wir dort sein werden

Wir waren eine Stunde früher da und konnten gleich einchecken. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Das Dachgeschoss ist über eine Ausziehtreppe erreichbar, welche den Weg nach unten in die Küche mit Wohnbereich und zur Toilette versperrt. Wir fanden eine Lösung für uns, doch zu empfehlen ist eine Vier-Personenbelegung. Die Toiletten in Frankreich verfügen nicht über ein Waschbecken. Daran muss man sich gewöhnen und die Küche nutzen oder eine Etage höher im Bad die Hände waschen. Die Matratzen sind neu und wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Aufgrund der Bauarbeiten auf der Autobahn fahren mehr Autos durch das Dorf und gerade abends und frühs ist man hierdurch etwas eingeschränkt. Wir waren mit zwei Autos da und durften beide PKWs in den Innenhof stellen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch. Rudi spricht perfekt deutsch!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern vor Ort. Der Empfang war super und unkompliziert. Rudi und Sylvie waren ganz tolle Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Ausstattung ausreichend. WIr würden das Haus eher für 4 Personen empfehlen, da die Leiter zum 3 Schlafzimmer im ausgeklapptem Zustand den Zugang zur einzigen Toilette versperrt. Es war aber lösbar und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Sylvie und Rudi!

Een fijne plek om uit te rusten tijdens een weekje Parijs. Dicht bij bus en trein en daardoor goed te bereizen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en keurig schoon! Wij komen terug!

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene/2 kleine Kinder für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der eigene Stellplatz im Innenhof ist ein mega Pluspunkt. Für den Aufenthalt und die Verpflegung hat man alles was man braucht 2 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle mit Preisen wie in Deutschland und für den Notfall McDonald's ;) Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts einen Tag Disneyland besucht und einen anderen Tag Paris. Die Ausgangslage ist super. Mit unserem PKW konnten wir in Max. 10 min eine öffentliche Busstation erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Haltestelle vorhanden. Die Fahrt mit dem Bus 19 kostete 2 Euro pro Person. Nach 10 min wird man direkt am Eingang des Disneylands raus gelassen dort kann man später auch an Haltestelle G wieder einsteigen um zurück zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Um nach Paris zu gelangen verfährt man genau so, denn dort ist auch direkt die Zugstation des RER A und der bringt einen innerhalb von 45 min mitten ins Zentrum von Paris. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft hatte die perfekte Lage um aufs Auto zu verzichten wodurch man sich teure Parkplatzgebühren oder das Grauen vorm abschleppen ersparen konnte. Silvie und Rudi sind sehr nette Vermieter gewesen und geben einem Tipps für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ein großes Plus war es natürlich auch, dass Rudi deutsch sprechen konnte. 😀�
