About this villa rental
Paradise Large and luxurious 6 bed 7 bath Luxury villa in Marbella - Urb. Las Chapas with 24 hour security and minutes from some of the best beaches, bars and restaurants in Marbella. Built and designed to a very high standard, set in tropical gardens with large pool, and pool side showers and toilet. A very large thatched garden kitchen and bar area with great seating and dinning area shaded all with outstanding views and lovely outside terraces for entertaining, relaxing and sunbathing, all for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate to the max. Stunning sea views from everywhere in and around the house. A stunning property for a family holiday.
A few minutes drive from some of the finest beaches and beautiful restaurants on the Coast. With all types of water sports to keep you busy, or just relax and catch up on those holiday books.
The main villa has 5 double bedrooms.
Then there are 2 annexes, connected to the house but with separate entrance to the house.
One of the annexes is a separate apartment with a double bed and 2 sofa beds and a bathroom. THIS ANNEX IS OUT OF COMMISSION DUE TO MAINTENANCE FOR THE TIME BEING ⬆️
The other one is right next to the above annex but is just a room with a shower. This room has 2 single beds and a sofa bed.
The maximum comfort capacity for this house is 16 people. Please contact us for additional as this could only be small children.
The owners prefer not to rent out to groups of youngsters and other same sex groups.
The pool heating requires an extra fee. The fee is €400 per week (7 nights)

Holiday and villa was fantastic, the villa does need some updating in areas.

This is a fantastic property with amazing views. There are 7 very nice double bedrooms (most if not all of which can be made up as twins), all with private en-suite bathrooms. 5 are in the main house, while the other 2 have separate entrances, just to the side of the main house.
The pool is fantastic, and the outdoor space is huge, with plenty of loungers. A real highlight is the outdoor lounge and kitchen where we spent most of our time. Views are fantastic and the surrounding area is quiet. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived for our two week stay. On the middle weekend we had a change of bedding and bath towels, although not pool towels which seemed a bit odd.
Unfortunately, we experienced some significant maintenance issues throughout our stay, all of which were reported to the local representative (Selene), and have since been reported to the villa's management company. The main issues we encountered were that the air conditioning wasn't working in the annex bedroom for the entirety of our stay, making it very uncomfortable for the couple staying there (who ended up having to sleep on the lounge sofas). We reported this on day 1, and it still wasn't fixed two weeks later. The dishwasher in the outdoor kitchen was also broken when we arrived (replaced on day 10). The BBQ was also not working for the entirety of our stay.
Despite all this, we really enjoyed our holiday, the house is fabulous, spacious and very well-appointed, it was just the maintenance issues that were an issue for us.
In terms of the location, the property is not really walkable to the beach or local restaurants. The main area of Cabopina, which has a nice beach and several nice restaurants and bars is a good 40 minute walk (an unpleasant walk at that). We only did it once and took Ubers thereafter.

The location of the property and the views are amazing. However it is a little tired in places which somewhat disappointing. The listing needs amending as it’s advertised as having a sauna. There is one but it’s full of garden and pool equipment. The hot tub wasn’t usable either. The swimming pool is amazing and the outdoor seating area was really sociable. The agents and the hostess were extremely helpful and provided assistance wherever it was needed.
