Comfortable, convenient, good value.
Very handy location, easy to find, ample safe parking. Comfortable bed and chair, good storage space, neat bathroom, spacious shower cubicle, ample hot water, no problems with mixing to correct temperature and keeping temp. Helpful receptionist.
Shower gel/shampoo was empty. Shower hose was shackled to high holder - I like to bring it down to rinse legs and feet. I suppose they do this so that it doesn't just hose water out of the end of the cubicle on to the floor, thought.

Anniversary Retreat
It was central for the shops
One relaxing night away and we could not even watch a film All of the film channels were (you cannot access this channel ) Not everyone who has a night away want to spend it in the pub

I am a returning guest and the hotel is always clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, and the spacious accommodation provides a comfortable stay. Its convenient access to the shopping centre is an added advantage.

Room was nice, clean and the food was lovely, excellent portions and the staff were lovely
The only little thing was a personal choices and that the pillows were far too soft and the bed was a bit too firm there was also only one bath towel in the bathroom.

Was tricky to find in the dark due to satnav not picking up carpark. but the hotel have done everything they can to make it easier with as much signage as possible

Ok, but will not stay here again.
The view from the breakfast room was great, it being on the 12th floor.
Breakfast was very basic. Our key cards needed resetting daily. A very disturbing argument of guests in a nearby room took way too long to be resolved. It eventually took policemen to sort the situation. Access to the hotel's car park area is very confusing and hard to find.
