Friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Bar prices very reasonable. Close to the town centre and local village with great pubs and restaurants. Well recommended.
I felt the room a little cold, I turned up the thermostat but it didn't seem to get any warmer, I should have really reported it to reception.

•Its in a quiet location and next to the shops to be able to buy things for the room.
•It has an iron and board
•The bus and train station isn't too far away and has easy access to Glasgow Central
•The iron board was lumpy
•I couldn't use the spair towel because there was an old poo stain in the corner of the towel
•I paid for a double room but it was just 2 single zipped beds together and because of that you couldn't sleep in the middle if you're a solo traveller because it was lumpy
•The room was quite hot even after putting the air conditioning on and because of that I was waking up every hour
•There was two occasions I couldn't get into my room because the card Key was playing up
I use to like stopping at this hotel but it must of changed management since last year because this was a complete different experience compared to the last time I stopped here.
