Casa Mono Titi is quite simply the best deal on a 4 bedroom, ocean view vacation rental property anywhere in the Manuel Antonio area. Located on a private cul de sac in the secure community on Pacific Canyon Drive, this eclectic tropical home provides seclusion, views and a rain-forest setting which is difficult to match.
Your arrival to the home is via a descending staircase surrounded by tropical gardens which lead you into the home. The common area, which is on the ground level of the home has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area complete with a stunning tropical hardwood table.
There is an enormous tropical deck with a renovated pool which is ideal for lounging, gazing at the ocean or marveling at all the wildlife including daily visits from the Mono Titi\'s a rare species which can only be found here in the Manuel Antonio area and which thrives in the jungle setting around this property. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the home all of which are air-conditioned. The entire home has been recently updated and a 4 bath added to ensure comfort for all guests.
It is so difficult to find homes which combine privacy, jungle setting and views and Casa Mono Titi gives it all.

Stunning view. Beautiful property that is well maintained. Great wildlife sightings in the mornings poolside with coffee will be some of our best memories. This was a multigeneration family trip and we all enjoyed the villa and hung out there more than other properties on our Costa Rica trip. Be aware that steep access is involved both on the villa grounds and to and from the property. Double check an accurate location for the property a day or 2 in advance of arrival. It is in a spot both we and Uber drivers found difficult to pinpoint. The ocean view is spectacular but there is not beach access.

The view was absolutely incredible. Close to so many restaurants. The concierge was very helpful in planning excursions, as well.

What a great experience we had at Villa mono titi....First and foremost we want to thank Elizabeth , Mari , Hazel , Margarita and Dennis the concierge team for taking care of us from handling our transportation, booking our excursions and just being available whenever we had a question or a need.. SUPER NICE!!Our accommodations were first class. We were told the property had been recently updated and it did not disappoint. You could tell the owners took pride in their home. The decor was both elegant and warm with a West Indies and British Columbia feel. Manual Antonio was laid back and relaxing and there was so much to do. Our kids enjoyed many first time experiences surfing, white water rafting, scuba diving, Manual Antonio national park and beaches... including the daily visits from the monkeys at the property..The restaurants were very casual and there was selections for the whole family. All of our meals were great but we were really impressed with some of the local Costa Rican dishes with fresh fish... Outstanding!!We had an amazing experience with Villa mono titi and staff and we will be back..Thanks again to everyone..Sexton family
