Modern apartment

Apartment is in basement. Pleasant cool in these warm summer days. Further more very clean and modern. Location is in a quiet suburb. about 15 min by car to city center. Supermarket nearby about 3 km. All kitchen and household appliances available. Nice to have is the washing machine especially for longer stay.

Power outlets not practical located as many of us travelers need to charge their tablets, mobile and other electronics.

Funktionell und gemütlich

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen, alles was ich zum Leben für 2 Wochen benötigt habe, war vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber, funktionell und so, dass ich mich zwei Wochen lang im Winter hier rundum wohl fühlen konnte. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.gerne komme ich mal wieder.

Uns hat es gefallen!

Bus bzw Straßenbahn sind fußläufig erreichbar. Als Unterkunft für zwei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend.

Für mich persönlich ist eine Filterkaffeemaschine besser als eine Kapselmaschine. Geschirrspülmaschine ist vorhanden, aber keine Geschirrtabs- oder Reiniger. Also mussten wir doch mit der Hand abspülen.

Perfekt!

Sehr saubere, moderne, perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Souterrain. Bei der Hitze sehr angenehm kühl. Sehr ruhige Lage! Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke, Parkmöglickeiten ebenso. Ein griechisches Lokal ist auch in der Nähe. Die Wohngegend ist top, ruhig und gepflegt. Perfekt!

Aufgang zum verlassen der Wohnung schwierig, weil kein Geländer zum Festhalten. Abgang in den Sbendstunden im Dunklen ex

Außentreppe als Zugang zur Wohnung ohne Geländer. Beleuchtung erst unten vor der Wohnungstür . Kein Hinweis auf den langen Treppenabgang ohne Geländer In der Wohnungspräsentation! Anfrage zur Anreise wurde nicht zeitgerecht beantwortet.

Kurzurlaub mit Rad

Für unsere Radtouren und den Besuch im Fernsehgarten gute Lokation. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Vielleicht könnte man eine Sitzgelegenheiten für Urlauber einrichten.

Schöne Wohnung, aber ohne WLAN.

Die Übergabe und die Gastgeber waren echt nett und das hat alles super geklappt!

Leider ist das WLAN nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Trotz eines Neustarts des Routers konnte immer nur eins unserer beiden Handys online sein und nach spätestens 10 Minuten war die Verbindung wieder unterbrochen. Eine kurze berufliche Mail auf dem Tablett war schon eine echte Herausforderung. Arbeiten oder Netflix sind hier keinesfalls möglich!

Rund um eine gemütliche Gästewohnung in angenehm ruhiger Lage :)

Die Lage insgesamt ist unglaublich ruhig. Ebenso im Haus gab es kaum, bis keine Geräusche. Die persönliche Übergabe war sehr herzlich!! Das Bett ist, nach persönlicher Empfindung, unglaublich gemütlich. Die Matratze hatte einen idealen Grad. Trotz des Souterrains war genügend Tageslicht vorhanden.

-Die folgenden Punkte werden aus persönlicher Sicht geschildert und können immer unterschiedlich wahr genommen werden ! - Sonntags flogen auffallend fiele Flugzeuge, welches negativ auffiel, da es eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Die Küche hätte ein kleines Upgrade nötig, wenn man dort kochen möchte. Zudem gab es leider keine Spülmaschinen Tabs. Im Backofen gab es kein Licht.

Modern schön eingerichtete Kellerwohnung

Die moderne Wohnung war sehr sauber. Komfortabel war die Küche ausgestattet, man sollte auf Espresso eingestellt sein. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, gut geschlafen. WLAN war kostenlos. Für RadioEmpfang ist der SAT TV ausgerüstet. Sprechanlage mit Kamera enthalten. WLAN kurz benutzt, kein Hinweis auf Kosten.

Es ist eine Kellerwohnung, da sollte man drauf eingestellt sein. Beschränkte Aussichten.
