This apartment is on the second floor, with one flight of stairs to walk (just 18 steps), an 730 sq ft one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium unit with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, and a beautiful patio-type balcony. Bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed, private bathroom with a walk-in closet and a flat 32" television. Towels, pillows and linens are included. Dining area provides a table that can easily sit four guests. Specious living room area is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and a flat 42" screen smart HD television. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, as well as all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Unit also has an in-unit new washer and dryer. For your convenience the apartment is accessible via a keyless door lock so you do not have to worry about accidently misplacing your key. Free Cable TV and High-Speed Internet is included in this rental.

Everything during our 9 day stay was great. The host went out of their way to do everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The condo was very spacious and very comfortable. Had plenty of room, a great balcony and an awesome heated pool and we will be staying there many more times and have referred our family to also stay there in our next trip to Clearwater Beach. On your stay there make sure to visit Abe’s and take the ferry over to Clearwater Beach so that you can have dinner and take the ferry back with a short trip back to the condo less than a five minute ride to the ferry.

Great stay! Awesome location. Just a short drive to the beaches. Wonderful pool! Comfortable bed. We loved the balcony. Well equipt kitchens. Would come back.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at this condo. To me the best part was the wonderful pool. It was never very crowded and was clean, with a nice temperature. We had to walk about two buildings over which took a couple minutes. We enjoyed using the pool noodles that were provided in the condo. We were disappointed there is no hot tub at the complex (at the time we booked this was listed in the amenities). The condo itself was a very nice size for the two of us and our son who slept in a pack and play. For what we paid per night including fees, we could not have gotten a space this big at a hotel. I loved sitting out on the nice balcony. We had a lot of meals in the condo, which was nice. We had pretty much everything we needed provided (although we ended up having to get our own toilet paper). We did notice that there are a lot of air fresheners around the condo and it had a strong odor. So if you are sensitive to smell this is not the place for you. We also did not sleep very well in the bed and felt it could use some updating. We did drive out to Clearwater Beach a few times and this was a great location; not a far drive at all. Close to grocery stores and good restaurants. All in all, this was a very good value for what we paid and we will definitely look into staying at The Avalon again in the future.
