About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Oceana on the island of Providenciales!
This well appointed and comfortable beach house is located directly on the famed Sapodilla Bay beach. You will be hynotized by the crystal clear beautiful Caribbean water, powder soft sand and the most spectacular sunsets that Sapodilla Bay is known for.
This 4 bedroom home is ideal for those with small children, as well as for those couples who want some privacy away from the crowds of the resorts and busy Grace Bay, but still close enough to enjoy the prestigious and famous 11 mile beach of Grace Bay.
Our house is located on the middle of Sapodilla Bay beach, away from any vendors and the public access at the far end of the beach.
We also have 24/7 security and an alarm system.
The main house features 2 king bedrooms.
One is a king suite with ensuite bathroom and ocean/beach view. The 3rd small bedroom has twin bunk beds and air conditioning. It is perfect for children or nanny.
There is an additional king suite/guest cottage that is just a few steps off of the main house. All bedrooms have tvs and ac.
Villa Oceana sleeps 8 comfortably.
We have a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new living room furniture, stainless steel appliances, outdoor speakers, 2 ocean kayaks, 2 Stand-Up paddle boards, 8 chaises on the beach, a palapa by the beach and much much more!
The location of this villa makes it ideal for guests to relax and unwind.
Our location, right on the middle of Sapodilla Bay beach, is ideally located away from the busy atmosphere at the far end of the beach and perfect for the best sunsets on the island. We are close enough for guests that do want to walk down and rent jet skis as well.
Grace Bay, if you do want to head over and check out the beautful 11 mile beach, is only a 15 minute drive away.
We can assist you with pre-stocking the kitchen prior to your trip, car rental info, chef services and much more. Please feel free to reach out anytime with questions.
If you are adventurous or have visited Provo before and are interested in checking out any of the other islands, we also have houses on North and Middle Caicos and can assist you with info even for a day trip!

True paradise. The location can’t be beat. The beach was perfect for family fun. The pool was nice for a break from the beach. Everything was clean and safe. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house has everything.

House was great! View was beautiful! Loved having the ocean 35 feet away. The beach is very quiet in the morning and at night. You will feel like it’s your own private beach. Five stars all the way around!

Great location on calm water with beautiful sunsets every evening. Host was easy to work with, and gave a great overview of the property as soon as we arrived.
