About this villa rental
Sunny Bay Estates located on a peninsula overlooking the warm waters of Silly Creek. This gated community offers 4 spectacularly appointed luxury vacation villas, white sandy beaches, private pools, kayaks paddle boards and spectacular sunsets. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a butler and given a full orientation of this spectacular property and its amenities. Each guest will have access to an on call butler and the option of a daily turn down service.
Villa #4 is a luxurious 4-bedroom 4.5-bathroom vacation home. Each room is awash with natural light and spectacular waterfront views. As you enter you are greeted by a spacious open concept kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious living room with 55" flat screen TV. The best part of this space is that you have ocean views from all angles. The wall to wall sliding doors look out over the villas covered and sun decks, where you are invited to grill, dine, or just lounge while enjoying your favorite music on the homes surround sound system.
Also, located on the main floor are a spacious ground level master suite with large master bathroom and a king bed. Further down the hallway is a guest bedroom with queen bed with on suite bathroom and walk in showers.
Just up 2 flights of stairs you will find the 3rd guest bedroom. This bedroom has 2 queen beds, a private sundeck with seating as well as a spacious on suite bathroom.
Just across the hallways is the master suite. This space is truly the focus and high point of this villa. Guests enter through a double door to a spacious closet and full-length mirror on their left. Do your right is a 200 square foot bathroom with a luxurious stand-alone tub in the center. Also included in the master suite is his & her sinks, a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet with bidet. Just past the master bathroom is the master bedroom with king bed the looks straight through glass sliding doors and out onto the master suites private deck with chez lounges and spectacular elevated views of Silly Creek.

The house was gorgeous and immaculate. Great location and appreciated the stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Very accommodating for our family with lots of comfortable spaces for all of us. Blue Heron went out of their way to take care of us and provided information on grocery shopping services, catering, and in-villa massage. Las Brisas down the street was very good and has stunning views of Chalk Sound. We found a short cut from the villa to Taylor Bay Beach which was our favorite on the island. Recommend Island Vibes for snorkeling adventures. People in TCI are very friendly.
