It was perfect for my family. Beach in your backyard
and loved it was a free standing home which is very rare to find.
Would have loved the kitchen as oven, stovetop to be on the ground floor.

Lack of air con in common areas
Excessive cleaning fee- windows were dirty
Generally dated and tired- especially windows/doors corroded- not up to standard for the money paid.

the location of this spacious property is great for families or groups of friends. The floor plan works really well for multiple families. It is right on the beach, close to everything, including a cafe, 711, bars & restaurants.
Sadly there are a number of maintenance issues which need urgent addressing. Access was delayed as our booking had been forgotten, and access code updates werent provided prior to our arrival.
