About this house rental
Plan your Finger Lakes Wine Country getaway or vacation in this beautiful year round lake home on the east shore of Seneca Lake in Lakeshore Landing. Relax and enjoy a newly renovated walk-out lakefront home with year round sunsets.
Covered front porch has two rocking chairs and outside table with 4 chairs to enjoy a gorgeous garden in the front of the house. At the back there's an expansive lakeside deck to enjoy the sunsets with a 7 person hot tub (open May through October). Located on a quiet dead-end road with Sampson State Park just a 5 minute walk away leading to over 20 walking trails. New 100 foot dock out over the lake ( bring your fishing gear).
The main entrance has access to the first floor bathroom and leads into a new modern kitchen with breakfast nook. The modern kitchen is well equipped with hardwood floors throughout the main floor and opens through french doors to the lakeside deck.
The living room has comfortable leather furniture. The large dining room has a table with six chairs on one side of the area and a wood burning fireplace sitting area on the other side of the room - all in an open floor plan with an amazing view of the lake.
The first floor has three bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds with an attached bathroom and large tiled shower. The second bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom is a suite with a queen bed this bedroom has an attached bathroom and separate door to deck.
The second floor has two bedrooms each with a bay window that overlooks the lake - one has a queen bed and the other has two full size beds. There's a large full bathroom with tub on the second floor.
The heated and finished game room has a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, queen bed and comfortable chairs for your enjoyment. There is also a laundry area in the corner.
The house offers luxury and relaxation in the heart of the Finger Lakes where you can enjoy lake living. The home offers privacy but is also conveniently situated on the Seneca Wine Trail and is a short drive to Geneva, Seneca Falls, Ithaca and Watkins Glen as well as easy access to Interstate 90 or I86/Rte 17.
The home is close to many popular lakeside wedding locations - Belhurst Castle, Ventosa Vineyard, Esperanza Mansion, Wagner Winery and Logan Ridge Estates.

The property itself is amazing. The pictures truly don’t do it justice, we wish we were able to spend some time on the lake but it was a bit too cold. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway.
The only down side is that ride share apps are relatively unavailable so either bring a car or plan to call for Taxi’s in advance.
Diana was very attentive and left us a nice gift on our arrival. Apparently there was an issue with deck chairs after we left but we hope that it was able to get sorted out quickly.

Our family had a wonderful time at the lake house. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and a couple of grandkids worked up the courage to go down the slide on our last day. We saw some beautiful sunsets and roasted marshmallows for s’mores. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance. Diana was very helpful and answered questions in a timely matter. Highly recommend.

The time we had with the family at the lake was amazing! The kids had such a wonderful time especially using all the fun lake toys . The slide and raft were a hit! The only thing is that the air conditioning unit was blowing a lot of dirt/dust back out into the bedroom and kitchen nook. Not sure if that could have been cleaned up. And while the house was equipped with amenities, we did run out of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towel. We had to run out and buy some and considering we paid a lot to stay for the week it would have been nice to have more of those supplies. . Other than that, it was a lovely time!

Six sisters get together annually. Property was lovely with lots of space, very clean, a fully equipped kitchen (we cook), and terrific amenities and location (right on the eastern shore of Lake Seneca). Owner, Diana, was more than helpful and accessible. In fact, she called just to make sure we had found her place and had no concerns. She also suggested things to do nearby. All my sisters loved the house. The sunsets were awesome. We would definitely rent again.
