About this house rental
Old sheepfold (owners' house) adjoining another house occupied by other holidaymakers. This property is located in a very quiet place, path at the end of a cul de sac, in the middle of nature but close to Gourdon (9 km), and many tourist sites: Bastide de Domme (15 km), Sarlat (25 km), La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Rocamadour, Grotte du Pech-Merle, ...
You will be seduced by the tourist riches and will be happy to recharge your batteries in this very relaxing place.
Garden level: living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, DVD player, music player, Wifi.
Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, fridge, shower room and WC.
Bedroom 1 with 1 bed of 1m60. Bathroom: bathtub, shower and WC.
Ground floor: Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds of 90 cm.
Bathroom: bathtub, shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed of 1m60 and its private shower room and toilet.
You will appreciate the coolness of the bedrooms on the ground floor in hot weather.
1 terrace at the front of the house and a second at the back. Each with its teak dining room.
Swimming pool (7m by 14m) shared by the 2 dwellings. Swimming pool open from 31/05/25. It is heated on request in June and September (for an additional charge of 60 euros per week). The final temperature depends on the weather conditions.
The living room and a bedroom are heated by a pellet stove (consumption +- 3 bags/week). Cost price. Currently +- 10 €/bag. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are heated by electric storage heaters. 20 €/week.
Parasols and deckchairs. Ping-pong table, swing, badminton and pétanque playground. We provide ping-pong and badminton rackets, a croquet set, pétanque balls. 78 ares of land.
It is forbidden to exceed the capacity of the accommodation (no additional beds).
It is also possible to rent the adjoining house via ref. 8732799. Ideal for several families. Everyone will have their own privacy.
In Gourdon (7 km), you will find several supermarkets, a hospital, pharmacies, shops, a market, restaurants, a cinema, etc.
Booking from Saturday to Saturday.
You will be welcomed by the owners or by a local person.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We really enjoyed the comfort, scenery and lovely large swimming pool. Xavier was very helpful and attentive to our needs and advised us on local places to visit. We also all enjoyed the outdoor games that he setup. We would love to come back again if possible. Thank you!

Nous avons passé en famille avec nos enfants de 8 et 3 ans et demi, deux semaines dans le gîte de Noelle et Xavier. C'est un gîte tout confort et plein de charme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié :
- La localisation et le calme complet tout en restant à 30 mins de nombreux sites de visite
- Les terrasses de chaque côté de la maison avec des beaux salons de jardins, et de beaux parterres de fleurs.
- La piscine est un gros plus, elle est grande et belle, elle se partage avec l'autre gîte, mais nous nous sommes rarement retrouvé au même moment dans la piscine avec les voisins.
- Le jardin est vaste et très bien entretenu, avec de nombreux jeux à disposition.
- Et à l'intérieur du gîte nous avions tout le confort, et bien décoré. La literie était très bonne, ça évite les maux de dos à cause des mauvais matelas dans certaines locations.
En plus de cela, Noelle et Xavier sont très accueillant, et à l’écoute des besoins voulant le bien être des locataires. Xavier est un passionné de bricolage et pleins d’imaginations, nous avons pu passer quelques bons moments avec lui en écoutant ses anecdotes et son amour de la région.
Un énorme merci à lui d’avoir amené des jeux en bois avec lesquels les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés !!
Un gîte qui donne assurément envie de revenir !!

La propriété est au calme dans un tout petit village, bien placé pour les visites touristiques des environs (même s'il faut calculer en temps plus qu'en km).
La piscine est plaisante, même partagée avec les locataires de la seconde maison. Et les espaces de vie sont vastes : terrasse avec vue sur la campagne, grande salle à vivre, espace ombragé.
Les propriétaires, même à distance, sont très accueillants.

Tres belle propriété avec tout l equipement necessaire pour se sentir chez soi;avec en prime une piscine xxl dont nous avons bien pu profiter.Le coin est proche de nombreux sites de visites tout en etant au calme .Les propriétaires sont tres sympas, tres réactifs et à l'écoute.
Nous sommes partis à regret et recommandons ce lieu.
