Welcome to Larcher, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in a former late 19th-century farmhouse lovingly restored 20 years ago. Perched on the heights, it offers breathtaking views of the rolling green hills, in a peaceful and preserved setting.
The charm of the old blends with modern comfort: exposed beams, authentic fireplace, tasteful decoration, and a fully equipped 90 m² house. In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the sunny terrace; in the afternoon, relax in the heated and covered pool before a barbecue dinner at sunset. Evenings are spent by the fire, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Ideal for families and nature lovers, the house accommodates up to 6 people with two bedrooms, a mezzanine, and a spacious living room. Children will love the outdoor games under the century-old trees, while parents unwind in this place full of life and soul.

The property is excellent - very comfortable, modernised but without in any way compromising its character. It is very well equipped - one of the best we have stayed in in 30+ years of this sort of travel.
It is perfectly located to reach a great many of the Perigord sites (don't miss the Sarlat Saturday morning market!) and yet remarkably quiet.
And our hostess and host, Nicole and Michel, are fabulous.
Heartily, heartily recommend!

Our family of 5 stayed at Larcher for a week and we can't be happier about our choice. The rental is simply amazing! The house is spacious, and kitchen is large and gas everything you might need. Nice fireplace in the living room. Both the interior and exterior are beautiful. Owner Michel and Nicole are wonderful hosts and very nice people. They live in the house near the rental property but you will have all the privacy needed. Gorgeous private garden and another beautiful common garden with children playground. The house is next to the pool, which is a very nice size and covered. The kids used it every day. My favorite part of the property was the garden- all the trees and flowers. We really didn't want to leave the house to go anywhere ) But the location is perfect as a base while visiting nearby villages, it just takes a short drive. Overall, we had an amazing stay and Nicole and Michel made us feel at home. I would highly recommend their place and we can't wait to go back.
