A charming property located on the border of Quercy and the Périgord Noir, 25 km from Sarlat. A comfortable and authentic early 19th-century family home set on 3 hectares of unfenced grounds and gardens in an exceptional setting. Peace and relaxation guaranteed just outside Gourdon (1 km) and close to all amenities. All the major attractions of the Dordogne and Lot valleys are nearby: the listed medieval town of Sarlat, the bastide town of Domme, prehistoric sites, the must-see Rocamadour, and Cahors with its vineyards.

- Upstairs: a 23-square-meter bedroom with a 160x200 bed, en-suite bathroom in the attic with sink, shower, and toilet + a 22 m² bedroom with two 90x190 beds, en-suite bathroom in the attic with sink, shower, and toilet + a study with one 90x190 bed
- Laundry room in the basement
Outside: lawns, garden, pool, 3 sets of patio furniture
- Pool secured by an alarm, salt-water treatment, accessed by stairs, 10x5m, flat bottom, and 1.40m deep: no diving allowed, pool loungers, umbrellas, foam “fries,” floats, table, chairs.
- Access to the house via a large staircase leading to a 36-square-meter terrace with a table, chairs, and armchairs, which also overlooks the pool
- Kitchen area: summer dining area on an 18-square-meter covered terrace: table, chairs, console table, and barbecue

A wonderful Gite, lovely grounds to wander around. The property was near to the village of Gourdon, which had some good eating places. The only downsize was the swimming pool, no cover, no heating and no shallow end. My wife is very nervous and the pool was a little too deep for her. If there were children with us it would not be suitable. However there was plenty of glasses and crockery and all mod cons in the kitchen and wash room. Overall a lovely experience.

We loved this place. It has everything anyone would need, in a beautiful house and a quiet rural location, but only a walk into Gourdon.

Maison bien située pour visiter la région. Très tranquille au milieu de la nature, observations de biches, écureuils, oiseaux multiples et chauves-souris. Piscine propre et magnifique !
