on a wooded hill in Concorés next to Gourdon in the center of the department of lot stone cottage with secure swimming pool (facing due south in nature plain; with its superb terrace of 70 sqm which overlooks the valley with 3ha of land and wood in peace .

leisure: hiking; on foot, horse; canoe, caving, parachute, mountain bike; .....

Very isolated, peaceful and safe location, good views of the surrounding countryside. Spacious accomodation both inside and out, although we mainly lived outside with lots of space to play and relax. Our grandchildren loved the pool.

la maison et sa piscine sont très bien situées, au calme et avec une vue dégagée. Pascal, le propriétaire est disponible et sympathique. Les prestations gagneraient a être modernisées, notamment la literie.
