About this cottage rental
At the heart of Quercy, located in limit of black Périgord, Gourdon medieval city offers an ideal location to discover our beautiful region, 25 km from Sarlat and the Dordogne valley and its castles, 30 km Padirac, Lacave caves, Rocamadour. 35 km from Cahors in the lower valley of the Lot and its vineyards, and a playade picturesque villages to discover, St Cirq, Carennac ...
You can also practice hiking (many GR) mountain biking, cycling, canoeing, ballad barge, golf Souillac, horseback riding, climbing, caving, Souillac water park, tree climbing.
Randos step on the way to St Jacques de Compostela which passes not far from the lodging (we can convey the bags)
A whole range of discoveries and activities that will delight young and old in peace, in the countryside.
Our cottage is located 4 km from the city center and 2 km from shops. The building is an old barn renovated nine, stones and traditional framework. It offers an internal character, perfect for holidays with family or friends. It is accessed from the garden via a staircase overlooking a large terrace. The layout offers 3 double rooms all equipped with bathroom and separate toilet for assured privacy and a dormitory for 6 children beds and a cot, also with a toilet and a bathroom, to delight parents and children.
A generous living room 50 m2 and a fireplace. A kitchen, a lounge and a large farmhouse table for dining. You can also eat on the terrace (barbecue) or in the garden where there is a portico, a small trampoline, a volleyball net.
To close all 10 bicycles at your disposal and a private pool of 10x5m depth 90 cm 1m30 90cm with a paddling pool that will allow you to relax at will.

A lovely property in a quiet rural location but still really close to the small town of Gourdon where there is everything you need. The property is perfect for a larger group with plenty of room. The pool was excellent and well maintained by the owners who were really helpful and quick to respond to questions and problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Très bon séjour. Gîte très bien équipé pour 12 personnes et au calme tout en étant proche de Gourdon. Accueil très agréable avec des hôtes très sympathiques . A refaire sur une plus longue période pour profiter des lieux et de la piscine.

Accueil et gîte au top. Chaleureux, propre, très bien équipé.
Le plus plus : un WC et une salle de bains pour chacune des chambres ce qui permet une intimité très appréciée.
Le gîte est bien situé : proches de tous commerces et on a pu visiter plusieurs endroits dans la même journée.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter et remercions encore les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
A refaire en saison estivale et sur une durée plus longue pour profiter de la piscine, des vélos mis à disposition et de cette superbe région.
