Lake Retreat awaits you. Super cute condo with new everything! The kitchen is fully equipped and has all you need during your stay including Keurig. Completely updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, breakfast bar with 4 barstools, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Queen bed in bedroom with a TV & Roku. The living room has a fireplace (fake logs only-no wood), queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, big screen smart TV with cable & WIFI. One lower bunk in hallway, suitable for child or small adult. View of Canyon Lake, linens & towels provided. Very quite area of the lake. Just a few steps away is the complex swimming pool for guests and residents only.
Relax and unwind on the patio and enjoy the view of the lake, pool and deer that come up to the property. You can feed the deer with corn provided in the condo. Chairs on the back patio. The property has a pool, laundromat, BBQ grills, picnic tables, paved boat trailer parking.
Great location! Less than 3 minutes to grocery store and multiple restaurants.
Only 5 minutes to the marina, 10 minutes to Whitewater Amphitheater and the Horseshoe area for floating, 25 minutes to Gruene & New Braunfels, 45 minutes to San Antonio, and 1 hour to Austin!

High season Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Low season rates starting at $129 per night based on 4 person occupancy.
Minimum stay - 2 nights.
$85 cleaning fee per reservation.

Place was clean and quiet. Pool was great to cool off in. Deer all around. Close to everything

Unit was very clean, not a spec of stray dust! Queen mattress seemed new - not too soft, not too firm. Fold out sofa was what you would expect. Plenty of clean linens and towels. Didn’t cook but plenty of kitchenware to do so. Nice mini balcony to dry swimsuits.We loved the pool. Also no litter anywhere. Deer nearby were fun to watch. Bring your own bottled water. Ice cube trays in freezer. The unit is Comfortable. It’s good for a couple adults or in our case 2 adults and a toddler. Live music at Savage’s Bar in Wimberly was really entertaining. Guadalajara restaurant has huge aguas frescas. All ramps are closed for low water levels. (May 2025). The Guadalupe River nearby is your best bet with a tube and short walk. Chilly but fun. And it’s free! The Nearby marina has a fun T-shirt shop and a bar/grill with lots of outdoor seating.

Cute condo & just the perfect fit for our needs with plenty of parking , easy access to marina lakes & restaurants . It was stocked with everything needed .Only suggestion would be maybe full length mirror since only one bathroom for getting ready
