I decided on this place by the reviews, and they were 100% correct. The little condo is perfect for a nice quite weekend away. The location hits the nail right on the head. Many good places to eat, and there is a grocery store very close as well if you decide to cook instead. If you love deer like I do this place is the perfect place to see them. We will be back; this is my new FAVORITE spot to stay!

Took family on a staycation. Place was very nice. The pool and laundromat were close to the room. The pool area is small and it can get very crowded quickly. If you have small children please be aware that it goes from 3’-6’-8’ very quickly.

Wow this place was perfect! Loretta has thought of everything! We needed a clean and quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we enjoyed. We were able to cook our own meals if we wanted or order out from some great nearby restaurants. We loved the deer and wildlife we could watch from the patio. We enjoyed the pool (mostly to ourselves.) We were close to a very nice grocery store. We will be back and tell our friends and family about this special place too. It was the therapy we needed!

The area was beautiful and quiet, so many deer to watch off the balcony. This rental property was SO CLEAN, I wish these standards were everywhere. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The check in/out instructions were short, simple and easy to follow. We travelled halfway across the country for a wedding so we couldn’t bring a lot of things and it was really nice that the hosts were clearly mindful of their guests and what they might need/want during their stay. They have extra items there for everyday living like a toaster, coffee pot, utensils and much much more. I was very impressed with this place! It was myself, my husband and our 1.5 year old. Was a little tight quarters for us 3 but would really be great for a couple. I would definitely stay here again and wish more rental properties were like this.

I’m a traveling nurse , this is one of the best stays I’ve had . The condo was clean and had a homelike atmosphere. It’s was easy to get a hold of the host . It would have been great to have a BBQ pit on our balcony or closer to the condo other than that , loved the stay . We had direct view of Canyon lake and the beautiful deer .

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and the view from the balcony was quite pleasant. The location was really nice for getting to San Marcos and was 5 minutes from the scenic drive of Farm to Market 32. The Pool was clean and very convenient. Across the parking lot, the pool was far enough to not have to worry about the noise but close enough that it was not a burden to get back to the condo. Thank you for the hospitality, Dan

Clean place with everything you need! We brought our boat along. There’s several boat launches around the lake. The marina is private and you will NOT be able to launch from there. Launch number 17 is 5-7 minutes from this location. Convenient location!

My husband and I took a romantic weekend vacation to the Hill Country at Canyon Lake. This condo is a gem to find! Tidy & clean with lots of items handy for cooking and very organzied space. We built a cozy fire and enjoyed Smores together! Loretta was always avaliable for a question or concern. The instructions sent before we arrived were great & informative. Loretta was polite and very considerate of us as her guests. We really had a wonderful time and having a great place to call home for a few days, just made our stay perfect. We reccomend this condo 100%, along with reccomending Loretta as a wonderful host!! We will be back for another stay! Thank you! P.S. Everything was decorated so nicely, and the "Time Travel" theme through out the condo was very clever!!!

Our stay was wonderful!! The condo has charm plus. The setting is quiet and relaxing and the condo is super cute. We had everything we needed and being at the end of the building was nice. The charm of the place was highlighted by the herd of deer who live around the condo and visit morning and night. Would love to stay here again!!!

Great place that is beautiful! Deer come right up to the property (very domesticated). Place was super clean and had everything you need. Was me, my wife and 2 teenage boys and we were more than comfortable. The water heater is a little small for 4 people showering back to back. If you are using the air mattress you will need to bring a blanket(s). Super close to the lake and had parking for boat. Will be looking to stay here again for sure!!
