Czyste, wygodne mieszkanie. Fajna lokalizacja, sklep 24 h pod blokiem,darmowy parking. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, polecamy :)

Laba atrašanās vieta (blakus parki, sabiedriskais transports, veikali), gaišs dzīvoklis, labs iekārtojums, laba gulta. Var apmesties ar mājdzīvnieku, labs un liels balkons. Saimniece atstāj neizlietotus mazgāšanas līdzekļus citiem - ko var uzskatit par bonusu.
Lēts dīvāns (dēļi spiežas ādā). Tā nav studija (izņemtas durvis nepadara to par šādu). Virtuvē nav tvaika nosūcēja - no gatavošanas visi tvaiki iet uz skapīša. Daudzviet varēja redzēt putekļus, no ka var secināt kā ģenerālo tirīšanu veic reti. Lēti, nenoregulēti logi - var dzirdēt kas notiek ārpusē, tai skaitā katru pa šoseju pabraucošu auto (kas atrodas blakus). Iesaku ņemt līdzi ausu aizbāžņus, ja plānojat labi izgulēties. Maza vanna, kas nav ērta dušai, der tikai maza auguma cilvēkiem. Mazs boilers kopā ar vannu - slikts savienojums, lai normāli nomazgāties jāmaina boilera iestatījumi, kurus ierobežo saimniece ar saviem noteikumiem. Lēts remonts. Noteikumi atkritumu šķirošanai neatbilst miskašu daudzumam un veidam - katram iemītniekam pašam jādomā kur ko mest. Nekvalitatīvas žalūzijas prasa remontu un neaptumsina mitekli.

Lokalizacja, uporządkowanie naczyń w szafkach kuchennych, naczynia czyste.
Właściciele obiektu starają się utrzymać wystrój w stylu eklektycznym ale dopasowanie wyposażenia chyba jest mimo wszystko mało spójne. Nie ma wanny z hydromasażem o której jest mowa w opisie, uszkodzone rolety w oknach (niedoczyszczone). Obiekt chwali się oceną 9,5 ale to jest ocena z 2020 roku.
