It was a good and pleasant stay

The property was neat and clean. Couple of minutes walk to train/bus to get around any where in Gdansk, Sopot or Gdynia. BH Rent Apartments is a great place and easy access to transportation, restaurants, Kiosk etc. The apartment hotel was very clean with all facilities. It was calm and quite in the neighbourhood. There was a private and secured parking for a reasonable price.

The code provided to me for the lock box was not correct. When I arrived at the property with my family, I tried calling the phone number mentioned on the door of the apartment hotel, but no one answered. My kids were tired and we were waiting for help. When I tried to call them on the number mentioned in booking.com, someone answered and the girl had to find the correct code of the lock box. I had to send some pics and video of the issue so she can figure out the issue. There was another friend of of mine who booked another room for his family in the same Apt hotel. He too had the same issue. Both of our families had to wait for help. However, after some time, the girl from BH Rent Apartments was able to send us the correct code via WhatsApp after we shared videos and pics. However, the help from the girl was appreciated at that hour. I request BH Rent Apartments to send the correct code to their customers to avoid any such situations in the future.

Happy client

The property is close to a SKM station. It takes around 20min to get to Gdansk city center. There are shops around too. The property is clean and warm; and wifi works fine. Instructions (how to get in / where to find key) were emailed to me on day of arrival. In general - I am happy.

When arrived - sewage smell was pretty bad in the bathroom. I emailed the property - and no response at all. (I got it all sorted myself, opened windows and kept on an extraction fan in the bathroom) But, the point is - no one has responded to my message.

It's all ok but additional charges need to be more transparent

Booking.com needs to do something with taxes and cleaning charges, no one controls it, it lacks transparency and it seems to be just another way to game the listing price e.g. flat for 350pln and additional taxes and cleaning amount to 150pln (while the actual tax is around 6pln per day)

The apartment is new, nicely furnished, all household items were there.

The staff was very poor, communication was difficult, the questions asked were not answered or only partially answered and that is not all. There was not a single pillow upon arrival, the staff brought it only a day later. Also, on days off, there were quite hot days, but inside the air conditioner was not working, water was running in the stream. We reported it to the staff, but the problem was not fixed in the whole time. One bedroom was not located near the window, but in the basement of the apartment, so it was completely impossible to sleep in it due to lack of air and heat.

A nice place to feel at home in Gdansk!

The apartment is really comfortable and you'll love to know that there is a place welcoming you home that makes you feel like you just belong and live you rather than a place which is great and all but you really miss that feeling of arriving at home. Well done!

However, slight improvements are possible. - the tv size, couch distance radius lets you experience the joy of watching a tennis match from close. Not a big issue if you only care to use it as a radio though, which works well. - it's true that there are two bedrooms. But both bedrooms share a window: through some glass at the top of the wall sunlight is supposed to enter the second bedroom through the first bedroom. Which is a great solution! Anyway: be considered about your flatmate and don't spend the night reading with you bed side lamp in your room while the other bedroom hosts someone who definitely needs to pickup on zzzs. Read in the living room instead or else your friendship might end while you all wear pyjamas. It would be so sad to witness! The furniture in the bedrooms seems not to be the best choice size and quality wise. Doors jam into beds and other doors end up in your hand. At least they are open? Pretty sure they'll have fixed that before you even read this.

Very modern interior, toiletries are included, small kitchen with everything you need, even a dish washer and washing machine. The location is perfect next to the train station from where you can easily and quickly get to the city center of Gdansk or go to Sopot or Gdynia. Also perfect beds, you sleep like in a heaven. )

Unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. Trash buckets was too smelly like it was never washed. Also there was an empty pill blister on the bed. There is a washing machine in the apartment which is the big advantage but there no washing powder, so you have to buy it. It’s not practical if you come for a few days.

lovely apt, but you might not get what you paid for. as in ac or balcony.

we were not given the apt i chose which had ac and a balcony. we were also given the wrong door code which is a big problem. finally got moved to an apt with ac, but no balcony and a broken table, so could not sit at table to eat. bed made up for one, light comes in thru blinds in bedroom . the apt was very nice but with all these things gone wrong would not choose again. good area for shops etc. half way between gdasnk and sopot.

Short business trip

Relatively quiet but some noises from staircase can be heard. Location is perfect as it is 50 meters from my office but for majority of people it will not be attractive.

A/c is not effective, I could not find temperature controller. Fridge is also not effective.

Comfortable perfectly equipped and ideally clean apartment in a new and beautiful building as well as a district.

Very clean. Everything is new. The very building and district are new and cozy. Sheets are professionally cleaned and have no smell of strong chemicals (as lenor or Ariel etc), which was very important for me due to sensitivity to such smells. You have everything in the apartment (even iron and washing machine).
