Дуже звучне розміщення житла ,через дорогу магазини ,їдальна в сусідньому будинку ,можливість зробити фото на документи (що нам дуже знадобилося ),гарний парк біля будинку ,а вишенькою на торті є чудовий вид на море з балкону

Bardzo czysto, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem kawka i herbatka. Dobra konunikacja z właścicielem. Wszystko super!

Z okna widać morze, dobra lokalizacja, blisko komunikacja, sklepy, stacja skm 15min pieszo, do plaży Jelitkowo 20min pieszo. Czytelne instrukcje zameldowania, dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Internet, smart tv, Netflix
Dość głośna lokalizacja - duży ruch uliczny w sąsiedztwie bloku. Podczas słonecznej pogody mieszkanie dość mocno się nagrzewa. Jasne rolety w oknach słabo rozwiązują problem. Średni poziom czystości w mieszkaniu. W toalecie pełno kamienia. Podczas spłukiwania woda chlapie na zewnątrz. Słuchawka prysznicowa również mocno zakamieniona. Brak chociażby małej ilości proszku do prania, pomimo dostępnej pralki. Kuchnia mogłaby być lepiej wyposażona. Jedyny duży nóż jest z piłką, co nie ułatwia krojenia większości rzeczy
