Przestrzeń, bliskość plaży i pięknego parku. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

Brak estetyki wokół budynku, pełno śmieci i wysokie, nieskoszone trawy/chwasty wokół. Zdaję sobie sprawę, że to nie wina właścicieli a spółdzielni, ale miałam bardzo mieszane odczucia, kiedy zobaczyłam budynek z zewnątrz.

I liked that the apartment was in exactly the area I wanted — really close to the beach, within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, the neighborhood quiet and pleasant, with grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself was peaceful, clean, and had almost everything I needed.

What I didn’t like, first of all, was the bed in the bedroom. The mattress seemed either sunken near the wall or simply narrower than the bed frame — about 20–30 centimeters short on one side. There was a deep dip, and you would constantly roll into it, which made sleeping really uncomfortable. My back hurt, and it felt cramped — we had to lie very close together, which was inconvenient. None of the reviews mentioned that the mattress in the bedroom was honestly terrible and needs to be replaced. That was my biggest disappointment. The furniture was also poor quality — cheap IKEA-style pieces. The chairs literally slid out from under you when you sat down, which was also uncomfortable. Another thing I didn’t like was that the apartment clearly wasn’t designed with everyday comfort in mind. For example, the sink in the bathroom takes up the entire width of the cabinet, so there’s nowhere to place any toiletries — no room for cotton pads, sponges, or even a toothbrush or toothpaste. Very inconvenient. When you turn on the water in the sink, the pressure is so strong that it hits the drain cover and splashes everywhere. You end up soaked after washing your face, and there’s no way to lower the pressure. The water splashes onto the walls and the shower wall. The shower door doesn’t close tightly, no matter what you do, so the water spills onto the floor. There wasn’t a single cloth in the apartment to wipe it up, I had to sacrifice one of the towels for that. There was also a washing machine in the apartment — plugged in but not usable. When I asked the host how to use it, he said it wasn’t included in the serviced apartment amenities. Overall, considering all this, I feel that the price for this apartment is too high for the level of comfort provided.
