Apartament czysty, przestronny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony - dużo naczyń, szaf i półek, wszystkie potrzebne na co dzień urządzenia (sprawne), dobre oświetlenie. Balkon (taras) obszerny. Istotnym atutem jest parking (nam udało się skorzystać z bezpłatnego) pod blokiem. Mieszkanie położone w cichym i spokojnym miejscu (w nocy pełen komfort odpoczynku), a jednocześnie kilkaset metrów od przystanku tramwajowego. Niedaleko (kilka minut pieszo) Park Oliwski, restauracje, sklepy, rynek. Całkowita swoboda i niezależność podczas pobytu. Kontakt z właścicielem idealny (szybkie odpowiedzi na pytania i rzeczowe wskazówki).
Mamy drobne sugestie, które na pewno podniosłyby komfort pobytu: 1) zainstalowanie wygodniejszych wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience; 2) zainstalowanie półeczki na mydło w kabinie prysznicowej; 3) wymiana prześcieradła i ręczników (były czyste, ale mocno zużyte); 4) wymiana czajnika (silny posmak plastiku).

Расположение супер, 15 мин как на городском транспорте, так и на машине. Хозяин оформил нам бесплатную парковку от своего жилья. Контакт - бесконтактный и телефонный. Огромный балкон, тишина, чайки и конечно же пейзаж. Огромный холодильник, посудомойка, вся химия есть в наличии.
