★Beachfront on Famous "Sandy Beach"★ A/C, Gated Parking, Walk to Food/Bars/Waves

The house was fantastic and the views of the ocean were amazing. We spent a ton of time on the deck overlooking the ocean. The house is within walking distance to some small shops and restaurants. It is also just a 10-15 minutes drive from Rincon, which also has some great beaches and restaurants. The house has ample beach chairs and some snorkeling equipment. There are also 2 washers and driers, which was great since you share them with a bottom unit. The only negative was our check-in instructions arrived quite late and caused a bit of stress after 12 hours of traveling. Evidently the normal person that communicates with guests was out and nobody else stepped in to take their place. We did get in on time, but the lack of communication made the drive from San Juan very tense.

Very cozy, unfussy unit that immediately felt comfortable and relaxing. The bed and sheets were especially cozy, and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. The owners also provide quality beach chairs and coolers, which was a huge plus. The ocean view is incredible, and the beach itself is beautiful.One thing to know is that the beach can get busy because of the condo at the end of the beach and the fact that it’s public. My recommendation is to take the beach chairs down first thing in the morning and set them up in the shade to save your spot. At times, people were setting up right at the bottom of the steps to the beach, and we had to step over their belongings.The condo was very clean overall. The only cleaning issues we noticed were that the oven was dirty and the grill still had leftover coals in it. The toaster also appears to be broken.A couple of improvements that would make the stay even more comfortable: adding blinds on the west side of the unit would really help. Even though the neighboring condo building isn’t extremely close, the exterior lights shine into the unit at night, making it harder to sleep, and added privacy would be appreciated.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little getaway. The beach is perfect- it’s public, but away from big resorts, so it never felt crowded. The location is great and within easy walking to several good bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

Best location in all of Rincon. House was clean and provided top of the line beach chairs and coolers as well as fins and masks to snorkel. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of hot water for 4 to shower back to back. Will def be back !
