Rincon Surf Club - Beachside Apartments with Pool

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was comfortable, cozy, and very clean. It was conveniently located close to the beach and had a great swimming pool that our family really enjoyed. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We truly felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The design of the unit and supplies were much appreciated.

The ac unit was insufficient for the space as the rooms were separated by a small cutaway near the top of the wall between the bedroom and main room. The ac could not properly circulate as a result. Additionally, the only window to speak of was in the bedroom and covered as it looked out on the walkway and open utility area. The main door was actually a patio double door. It seemed less than secure as the second door was only lockable at the bottom. When closed both doors seemed loose and less than secure. However, one of the biggest issues was the complete lack of hot/warm water for showering over our three days. The management team was slow to respond and shared they would look into such. Later, they followed up to suggest that this was a result of recent cloud cover and rain as the water heaters were solar powered. During our time there, it was generally very sunny and only drizzled one evening. For the price and inconvenience, Rincon has other options available.
