The owner was really kind, helpful and nice. He tried to please us as much as possible. Views from balcony were nice.
I'm sorry to write this but photos didn't reflect the reality of place. Maybe these were photos of other rooms, we booked apartments, but had to share bathroom with other guests. Facitities (kitchenette) in the room didn't work, only fridge did. Furniture in the balcony was overused. There was even wasp nest above balcony doors. The only reason we stayed was the owner, who really tried to please us with the very best he had. He is really good guy. I hope he will manage to renovate all, before offering this rooms to others.

The place was nice and comfortable, had everything I needed and was in a nice neighbourhood. The host family was friendly and welcoming.
I would have given a 10 but the host (manager?) kept asking me about giving him a good review. At first he was so so friendly but then every time I saw him he would ask me to get my phone and write the review right that second. When I didn't do it, his behaviour changed a lot and he became a lot colder. It's a great place, there's no need to force people for good reviews! Just be yourself and they will come!

If I could give +20 for the hospitality I would do it! Already the communication before I arrived was excellent, with lots of tips on the buses and other means of transportation. But how I was welcomed, was simply amazing. Coffee freshly brewn... My host was the sweetest ever, during the whole of my stay he did everything and sacrified quite a bit of his time to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I was welcome to join for a ride to the nature around there, next morning he got up early to make me coffee, and offered to make me breakfast and later supper. Communication was excellent, and got many tips on the area around town, Sutjeska National Park and beyond (including Montenegro :D) Bed was extremely comfy, there were super warm blankets for the colder mountain nights. You can see there's much love in the decoration, and the kitchen has everything to prepare a quick meal. Oh, and I so very much enjoyed the view from the front yard: to see the sun set on the mountains, and in the morning, the beautiful colours again.

They let us use the fridge in the hallway and they even borrowed us plates and spoons. Rooms were pretty clean, beds were comfortable with clean sheets and you also get one small and one big towel per room. Bathroom has bathtub and it's big. Pets are allowed.
Loud children, the day we came they were even grabbing our door handle while playing hide&seek while we were trying to sleep after long trip. Some of many, many doors were creaking and we couldn't fix that noise because a few door handles didn't work. On our 2nd night there, some guests next to us were talking till early morning hours, I guess hearing them wasn't their fault - the walls and wooden doors are super thin. Later that morning their dissatisfaction with their too small and too hot room without a.c. escalated, so they started arguing with the owner. Luckily, we stayed only 2 nights and it was time to leave. The owner was hiding from the previous guests because they asked for their money back, so we didn't even said goodbye. I forget to say that we booked double bed room (we are couple), but when we arrived, owner who seemed very friendly and kind offered us a lot smaller room (for the same price), without TV (double bed had one), with two separate beds and with a small terrace saying that this room may be better for use because there will be no one around us and it's more intimate than the big one in the middle of house. That sounded nice because I'm not used to sleep surrounded by loud noises and, unfortunately, we took that room. A day later I realized it wasn't about our comfort, but someone else who wanted that bigger room.
