Friendly host, clean, comfortable bed, parking available, close to all of the town attractions & waterfalls; mosquito nets on the windows!
The 'private kitchenette' is a bit misleading: so there is a kitchen in the house, but it's for everyone's use - though it's also clean, everything available, comfortable to use. For some sensitive tourists may be a bit disturbing that there's a mosque right near the building - might be too loud.
