Hostel Bobito

客厅沙发很舒适，房间面积很大，通风采光很好，意想不到的是有个很大的后花园，12个床位有3个厕所2个洗漱间。住客们有素质，厕所与洗漱间日常维护得比较干净。 厨房可以煮食。有冰箱，微波炉，烤箱。

I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. The hostel manager, an elderly woman, was extremely rude and aggressive in her behavior toward me. The problem started because I did not know that the locker key was attached to the hostel entrance key. I had traveled to Mostar for the day, and my return bus to Sarajevo was delayed, which was completely beyond my control. I arrived back at around 1:00 AM and found myself locked out. I repeatedly knocked on the door and called the hostel’s WhatsApp number. I am convinced she could hear me, but she chose not to respond. After finally opening the door, instead of helping or explaining the situation calmly, she shouted at me, insulted me, and treated me as if I was a homeless person rather than a paying guest. Communication was also very difficult because she could barely speak English. I remained calm and respectful throughout the entire situation despite being tired after a long journey. This was one of the worst hostel experiences I have had, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to other travelers.

卫生间还不错 卫生也还行 但是是一个混住的青旅 没有帘子遮挡 女生得注意 这个青旅的下铺真的是灾难 与上铺的间隔太小了 国内的火车上铺的比这个大 我1.6米的个子根本直不起腰 被撞了好几次头 地理位置比较一般在山上 从公交车下车后要走一段距离的

1.床太矮了 2.可以加装帘子 保持顾客隐私

The view is beautiful and the garden is nice. The price is really really good

The bed linen was full of hairs and also stained. Almost like a dog just slept in it. The staff isn’t very friendly, but I don’t blame them, it seems like they are going through something. However I can’t close my eyes on hygiene
