Cleanliness, and it was hard to communicate with the owner as she was not responsive on phone in some cases.

Posizione ottima in zona vicino al centro e molto silenziosa. Camera grande e luminisa. Letto comodo. Wifi efficiente. Disponibilità dell'host che ha subito provveduto a quanto chiedevo( una stufetta per il bagno e un asciugamano per la doccia)
C'è una cucina a disposizione. Poichè c'è un bollitore per caffè o tisane sarebbe comodo poter avere a disposizione anche bicchieri o tazze e tazzine che invece mancavano.

Het incheckproces verliep niet de vrouw had niet door dat ik kwam, slechte administratie en ik heb er meerdere keren gebeld zie nummer op Booking.com geen gehoor, ik kwam aan in het donker niemand thuis. Via een andere bewoner kreeg ik haar aan de lijn. Wat een gedoe zeg. Ontvreden en bed kraakte van alle kanten. Ik zit nu in Tuzla voor de zelfde prijs hè eigen tv, kamer, douche en luxe voor zelfde prijs ! Dus ja …verantwoordelijkheid ligt echt bij hun, die verantwoordelijkheid nemen ze niet
