Loved the unit's safety, ability to dine on balcony, kitchen with EVOO & Balsamic and essential serving supplies, and laundry facilities. Good A/C and air flow with lots of light, yet ability to darken. Really liked location in more quiet locals area, yet equally close to ACTV and Alilaguna ports F.Nove and walking to S.Marco Sq. & Rialto market and all the shopping in between. Loved falling in line with all the kids emerging for walk to school finding excellent bakery many stopped at to grab breakfast.

Main improvement would be bathroom stand for travel kits and door hook, plus shower didn't drain, so had to wait between showers as not to flood floor. Not ownership fault but prior guest used tea kettle to warm milk, so hard to remove built-up milk. Be prepared for hard bed.

The house was in a great location, off the beaten track a little. The apartment was large, with a very nice terrace to sit out on. I particularly liked that it was not too touristy here; you felt more like you were mixing with the locals than in other places in Venice.

Not a big deal, but I guess the views weren't great.

the cost. booking..com listed their price as €174.42 when I booked it. we were charged€16 for taxes and that’s fine. I was charged a total of €255 for the accommodation. I do not think that is fair and would like to be reimbursed for the difference.
