Run, don't walk to grab this apartment! Seriously, this is fantastic. Beyond all expectations. It was renovated, and everything is new. Everything works. Sparkling clean. Comfortable. Every room has its own air conditioner -- each bedroom and the living room (combined with kitchen). I'll have to stress this -- in Venice, when an apartment is listed as having air conditioning, it usually means that "at least one room has an AC unit". That "one room" is often a hall or just one bedroom. All other places have no AC. You need to check the listings very carefully -- go to the "comments" sections and search for "air conditioner", and read how people had to keep bedroom doors open to get some cold air. But in this apartment, each room had its own AC unit, and each AC worked; the apartment stayed comfortably cool even in the summer heat. If you've been to Venice in the summer, you know how critical this is. Separate conversation is the size. The apartment is very big. Two true bedrooms, none of those converted-into-bedroom nooks. Each bedroom has en suite full bathroom. Bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment, so they are very private. Two couples could stay in two bedrooms and not see or hear each other at all, unless they deliberately meet up in the living room. Then, the location. Fantastic. Only about 5 minutes walk to the Fundamento Nova A, the stop for the water taxi to the airport. Very easy short walk. A very quiet area and feels authentic, even though the main attractions are only a short walk away. The owner met us in the apartment, showed everything. In short, comfortable, big, clean, great area. We just loved it.

Beautiful building and rooms with high ceilings, excellent location. Dod not meet owner but he was very kind and responsive.

Verstecktes Appartement, komfortable Größe mit großem Wohnküchen-Bereich und 2 Schlafzimmern mit angeschlossenem Bad. Sehr ruhig. Restaurants in der Nähe.

Schade dass der Innenhof nicht gepflegter ist. Der ist eine Perle!

아파트는 접근하기 좋고 찾기에도 쉬웠다. 아파트의 시설도 좋았으며, 호스트도 친절하고 상세하게 안내하였다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳이다.
