The spacious floor plan is perfect for a week away from home with room for each family member. The tranquil master bedroom has a King size bed with a private full bath along with a large flat screen to kick back and relax after a long day on the beach.
The custom hallway bunk beds are each equipped with TVs… perfect for the little ones! There is ample room for addition guests as the living room has a sleeper sofa too! A second full bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer make this a great unit for any family of 6. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your meal preparations and there is a private balcony with table and chairs for a relaxing tranquil view of the white sandy beach.

It was such a peaceful week. We loved having the beach views right infront of us. This unit is beautiful I personally loved the added beach decorations. They offer so many extra perks that you have to take advantage of the free activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle 202. There were definitely some housekeeping issues that need to be mentioned. I base my decision on a vacation rental and the cleanliness is most important. I got a cup out of the cabinet and there were literal cigarette ashes in it. There was a black ring of bacteria in the toilet. The colander had dried lettuce all in it. The TV wasn’t able to stream, they did promptly replace the remote and that was fixed. The sink in the kitchen stopped up. When I called to report it on a Sunday they told me the maintenance person “may” be able to come today. I had to use the plunger from the bathroom and got it unstopped. I then had to buy cleaning products to clean the sink and the toilet. There were zero cleaning supplies in the unit. It is very bare bones, so be prepared to bring everything! They supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, for a nine day stay. I wish I knew who actually owned this unit, it definitely has the potential to be a great vacation home.
