Perfect place for a quiet and carefree family staying
Lovely place, beautiful backyard around the apartments, clean and tidy rooms and spaces. Easy parking within the property. perfect location, city center is within few minutes walk. The hosts are extremely kind, they are always reachable and helpful!!

free parking place in shadow free bikes rental and grill place terrace with deckchairs
one bedroom is shared with kitchen so there is refrigerator noise during day. there could be just a simple partion wall to cancel that noise.

Pretty much perfect
Really friendly and helpful hosts, who even picked us up from the train station and gave us a lift to the airport. Genuine care for the guests, and real desire to help them have a good time. A nice flat with beautiful, antique furniture. Use of the bicycles was really handy, especially with the national park nearby, and saved us about a third of the cost of the flat in rental fees. Great for our 2-year-old, with lots of thoughtful things like toys, a cute bathrobe, and child toilet seat provided, as well as letting him play freely and talking to him (and he loved the dog and cats). Right next to the shops and restaurants but still really quiet. A couple of minutes' cycle to the national park.

Definitely nice stay
The Appartment was very big and comfortable, nice beds and very clean. It was a historic building with an extreme spacious balcony and patio on a perfect location. Carparking was on private terrain and the hosts were very friendly. We learned a lot about the history of Premantura. It was like a small museum.

Perfect stay in Premantura
Nice and authentic apartment for 4+ guests in the center of Premantura. Very friendly and helpful hosts with useful tips - free rental bycicles included. Definitely would come again :)

Квартира дуже сподобалась в чудовому приватному будинку. знаходиться в самому центрі Премантури, до найближчого продуктового магазину пішки йти 3 хвилини. поруч є ресторани та кавʼярні. До парку Каменяк пішки йти 35-40 хвилин, а на машині хвилин 5. Найближчий пляж був за 15-20 хвилин пішки але нам все дуже сподобалось. В квартирі в обо кімнатах та кухні-столовій були кондиціонери, хоча через те що сам будинок побудований з каменю і має багаторічну історію, нам в ньому було затишно і не потрібно було вмикати кондиціонер. також у нашій двокімнатній квартирі були 2 вбиральні, в одній душ, туалет, умивальник і пральна машина, а в другій ванна, умивальник, унітаз і біде. на кухні було абсолютно все необхідне для комфортного приготування і вживання їжі. Зміна білизни з 3 дня була за бажанням, до тас щодня підходила власниця і цікавилась що ще нам необхідно (білизна, рушники, папір, сміттеві пакети). була можливість користуватись грилем, домовившись з іншою квартирою. але нам було достатьньо часу:) На вулиці у кожної квартири є свій власний стіл відгородженний зеленим огородженням. на всі квартири достатньо паркомісць.
Хотілося б ближче до моря, але коли заселились в квартиру ми не пошкодували :)
