Soggiorno perfetto con vista mare da sogno

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Il posto è molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli, con un proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi necessari, come aria condizionata, netflix e tantissimi utensili da cucina a disposizione, cosa che l’ha resa ancora più pratica e comoda. Il punto forte è sicuramente il balcone con splendida vista mare, perfetto per una cena romantica al tramonto. Gli ambienti sono pulitissimi e ben tenuti. La posizione è ottima per muoversi facilmente nella zona, e il parcheggio vicino – spesso anche sotto casa – è stato un vero valore aggiunto. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza dubbi, sia per relax che per una vacanza romantica.

Se proprio devo segnalare un piccolo aspetto migliorabile, consiglierei di installare delle zanzariere, perché in camera erano presenti diverse zanzare. In alternativa, sarebbe utile fornire qualche zampirone o un Autan a disposizione degli ospiti.

Piacevole, in una località caratteristica che sta però soffrendo dell' eccesso di turismo

Posizione buona in centro al paese e a portata di mano per il parco naturale, i negozi necessari e diversi accessi al mare. Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben organizzato, pulito e comodo, per due persone, con opportuno posto auto visto la difficoltà al transito per strade e piazze piccole di stampo antico, non adatte all'eccessivo traffico attuale. Delizioso terrazzino in cui si può mangiare e varie attenzioni per una accogliente ospitalità, molto gradite: macchina del caffè con cialde a disposizione, asciugamani in abbondanza, prodotti per la pulizia personale, accessori di cucina. Proprietario gentile, discreto e disponibile

La posizione in una strettoia della principale strada di comunicazione comporta molto rumore di traffico: quad, bus, moto, auto.... Difficilmente sopportabile e compatibile con la tranquillità necessaria al giusto riposo, in qualunque ora del giorno, nonostante i serramenti nuovi ed abbastanza isolanti

Appartamento nuovo, molto coccolo, piccolino mansardato , spazi studiati bene , forse non adatto a persone troppo alte , completo di tutto , ottima posizione centrale , bellissima terrazza vista paese e mare. L'oste disponibile e discreto.

Siamo stati benissimo , forse unica cosa da segnalare , bagno piccolo con doccia un po' scomoda in quanto bassa , ma basta fare attenzione.

Tolle Wohnung, netter Vermieter

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett Check in und Check out ohne Probleme. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach zum Wohl fühlen man geht rein und und freut sich auf den Aufenthalt top eingerichtet Der Weg zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten benötigt circa 5 Minuten zu den einzelnen Stränden ist es auch nicht weit

Das wirklich einzig störende war, dass die großzügige Terrasse an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße liegt

Great location in Premantura, really close to shops and center of the town and surrounding beaches. Our host was extremely kind, he offers to cook us 3 dish fish super with wine thst was super tasty. Apartment was really spacious with AC, very clean and modern. Kitchen very well equipped.

Cozy, well designed, perfectly clean apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Nice and helpful owners. Good location in terms of being close to the centre, shops and the national park is just 5-10mins walk away.

The apartment right next to the main street of Premantura. Unfortunately it means being really noisy early in the morning.

great place to chose

- Place is situated 100m from town center. All you need is accessible in a 1/2 min walk. - Beach is quite near, around 10-15 min by bike depending which one you want to chose - Owners are very friendly and helpful, they run small restaurant in the same building. Food is fresh and tasty - we got nice gift at arrival and more during our stay

Lovely room that comes with an excellent restaurant.

Lovely room, plenty of extra space, nice bathroom with bidet and spacious shower. A lot of attention to toiletries and towels. Particularly appreciated the terrace, for having breakfast and lunch. The restaurant and the host are a big plus!

The beach is around 20 minutes on foot. A bit noisy in the morning due to the thin door facing the stairs and the other rooms.
