About this house rental
The house is located 20 km from Nice and Cannes in the town of Biot, a medieval village. The house dates from the 1950's and has been completely renovated. It has 4 bedrooms, including a parental suite upstairs, 2 shower room, 1 bathroom and 3 WCs. The house is 150m2 and the garden 1200m2 with swimming pool, swimming pool of 12 X 3.5m. You also have 3 places to eat outside, including a terrace of more than 50m2 with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and the forest.
It is a great place to enjoy provincial culture and scenery and also just lounge around the house enjoying the outdoors and soothing ocean breeze.
The house is very peaceful and in a quiet area. You can walk to the river, the Brague which is located in a protected park and 5 min from the house. The beach is 10 minutes by car. A supermarket is 3km away as well as a bakery and butcher.
Please note that we have two cats who are very independant and spend most of their time outside. We simply ask that you give them food and water daily.
