This brand new apartment is just the thing you need for your holiday in Sanremo, next to the beach (40m), private entrance to the longest bicycle path in Europe by the sea, nice patio for sunbathing, private parking, LED TV in every room and air conditioned.
In the house you can find 2 nice bedrooms with wardrobe, tv and windows with a shower and washing machines. TV or enjoying the sea view. In your kitchen you can find everything you need. Air conditioners in each room.

la posizione è ottima perché lontana dal centro caotico ma comunque vicina a tutti i servizi. abbiamo trovato molto comodo il bar "La vesca" proprio sotto casa. terrazza meravigliosa. vista impagabile. arredo nuovo e comodo. l'appartamento si trova praticamente sulla pista ciclabile quindi super comoda per fare passeggiate e raggiungere il centro a piedi. posteggio auto proprio fuori dalla porta di casa. gli Host disponibilissimi e gentili e pronti ad ogni richiesta. Ho trovato nel complesso la casa meravigliosa e il servizio degli Host perfetto.

This was our second time in this house, the first time in the upper flat and the last time in the lower one. The location and the view are unique. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
