Great Location, Great value for money

Location was very nice, good host, received a lot of information from the host regarding the stay and the area. He offered red wine & kayak rent at a very cheap price.

It is 200 meters (steps) to the room from the parking. With heavy luggage, this may be a bit of trouble. The host arranged breakfast @local restaurant just nearby, but just overpriced compared to other local restaurants.

Easy check-in with helpful host. It was nice to meet him, apartment is in the vila on Skadar lake with really beatiful terrace and view! My recommendation is to try boat tour with host it was incredible !

Bedrooms and lounge was nice and modern. It was good that the a\c is in the middle of the lounge as the air gets to the bedrooms easily. Beds were comfortable and the host was nice. Neighbours are lovely and kind .. we got a flat and the neighbours helped. Women selling fresh fish on top of the road defo a great dinner option.

Tv did not work, kitchen was small with v few pans/utensils. Kitchen cupboards were unclean ans shower. Water doesn’t drain properly. Wifi is intermittent. Oven is dirty with no pans to use. Room was not ready when we needed to check in.

Good location, just 5 minutes from Virpazar. Incredible terrace. The host of the apartment just amazing. Concise explanations to get to the apartment, he has offered us help at all times. Very good recommendations, both for the boat trip on the lake, and for dinner. Best carp (fish) ever!

This house is great for everyone who really want to feel the lake, because when you wake up first you will see is the beautiful view to the lake and mountains. House was clean, with new badcloth and towels, and recommend to everyone to try boat tour, you can see great islands, beaches,historical monuments on the water with host who drive you and speak English very good.

Most amazing view of the Skadar lake from the balcony and bedrooms of this spacious traditional house. All basic equipment in place. Wood burner kept us warm. Extremely caring host arranged a boat trip for us. Very recommended!

Keep in mind that the house is located in very old village with all houses located on the hill - car stays down in the harbour and guests must climb some steep steps.

Host was very helpful , apartment was clean and warm. Host organised boat tour for us and we really enjoy in lake, I recommend boat tour for everyone who has stay on lake.

Alternative accommodation

The host is more than amazing; flexible, welcoming, hospitable, polite and always smiley! The young man is in my view creating a new vision for the traditional fish village by embracing rural tourism. As far as I am concerned, this is the only accommodation in the village that welcomes tourists. This means that there are no tourist facilities in the village, which is ideal for alternative travellers. The home offers many amenities: oven, washing machine, fire place and high-speed portable internet (meaning you can literally take it anywhere outside of the house!!). The balcony and room view is more than fascinating. Lastly, the host has his own boat and we arranged a boat trip with his professional driver, which is a must-do in Skadar lake. The boat trip starts from the village! Plenty of free parking space and a mini marker at the village’s entrance. Around 20 minutes by car to the capital. PS extra points for the laundry washing detergent and softener, hair gel, deodorant, ketchup, olive oil, herbs, spices, instant coffee and tea!

There were plenty of face/ hair towels, however some body towels would be useful. Keep in mind that this is not an accessible property ♿️ as there are few steps to reach it (nothing dramatic, less than a minute walk). This is a small non-modern village which means that there are no activities or places to visit there. Although the house has the big view-bonus, the interior design is not quite aesthetic. This has nothing to do with the host or house, but we got a shady vibe from the village and some of the residents. However, this can also be a positive thing for those who crave authentic accommodation experiences in undiscovered places by tourism.

barato pero lo mas cutre

Shabby place but ideal for a walk on the skadar lake. the host was good at leaving us firewood. the worst thing was that we had to wait 1h and 30m for the owner who was with the phone off to appear. We locate it through calling booking. The apartment is very cheap but the most shabby I have seen in my life. I will not go there anymore and I do not recommend it.

the place is very quiet, in an old fisherman village, the view is amazing, the owner is super friendly and helpul. He arranged us a late dinner made by someone from the village, dinner was delightful and he come also with us for covid test.

The host was great, he rented us his kayak so we could sail on the lake and offered us home made meals of very good quality and really cheap. The place is quiet and invigorating! I recommend !

We loved that the house is in the middle of an old fishing village, high up so we could see the lake and watch the village activity.

We booked this last minute and he responded very fast, we could enter the house half an hour later. He was very helpfull with the luggage and could help us book a boat trip. You have everything you need in the apartment, they even had the basics to cook.

Brudno, strasznie brudno - pajeczyny, mnóstwo kurzu, pod łóżkiem i za łóżkiem warstwa z kilku miesięcy - mieliśmy atak alergii. Kanapa w jakichs plamach, zarzucilismy koc na to. Łazienka dramat, pasta do zebow na lustrze, prysznic też niewyczyszczony. Kuchnia niestety też brudna - patelnie chcieliśmy użyć ale się brzydzilismy. Niektórym może przeszkadzać ze jest dojście po schodach dobre kilkadziesiąt metrów. Dla nas bez znaczenia, dla nas jedyny wymóg to czystość. Tutaj tego nie było.
