Welcome to Mas Clairval, an exceptional Provencal bastide in the heart of the azure countryside open all year for luxury holidays, events, weddings and short stays near Grasse, the world capital of perfumes and Unesco heritage.

Located 25 mins from Cannes, 40 mins from Nice airport, the Mas Clairval offers an ideal position between sea and mountains in a calm and idyllic Provencal setting.

The villa, entirely renovated in 2018 in a Provençal and traditional spirit is surrounded by a vast green setting including more than fifty olive trees, a hundred-year-old oak forest and a multitude of fruit trees, palms, and aromatic plants.

The field erected on a south-facing slope extends over one hectare is located on the charming town of Peymeinade. The village center with all its shops is less than 10 mins walk.

The main house with an area of over 450 m2 can easily accommodate several families with 12 beds. It offers 5 large air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom.

The villa has large terraces of more than 100 m2 South side for your receptions but also fresh and shady patios on the North side.

Mas Clairval has a swimming pool (15mx6m) with its wide beaches to enjoy the sun of the French Riviera, as well as a petanque, badminton, a billiard room, ping pong and bikes are available to guests. The villa has been completely renovated with meticulous care in 2018 to combine Provençal tradition, luxury and comfort. It offers generous and warm living spaces allowing each guest to feel at home.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and the broadband Wifi is available in all rooms and terraces and around the pool.

Cleaning at the beginning of the stay and linen is included. For stays of one week a light housekeeping (10 h / week / lump sum) is also included.

The welcome at the beginning of stay is provided by the caretaker living on the estate in an outbuilding at the entrance of the property.

The Salon: The spacious air conditioned lounge with a total surface of 80 m2 is divided into 2 spaces:
-first corner fires with several sofas allow you to relax with a south-facing view of the olive grove
 -a billiard room and multimedia with a wide TV (165 cm) equipped with international channels + Netflix. A PS4 Console is also available.

The kitchen, completely redone in 2018, has a refrigerator, cooking piano, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine and a set of utensils, plates, cutlery for 14 people.
The dining room and the pergola have many tables allowing to install outside or inside more than 14 guests.
The back kitchen has a second refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, wine cellar.

Gardens and Pool:
The property with an area of more than 1. 2 Hectares includes an olive grove with about fifty trees that produce locally pressed olive oil, a bicentennial oak forest as well as cypresses, fruit trees and aromatic plants.
The pool is maintained daily by us. It is equipped with a child protection blanket. Many sunbeds, umbrellas, bath towels are made available to fully enjoy the sun of the Riviera.
Pétanque pitch, badminton, Pingpong table are available to share unforgettable moments with family or friends.
Some bicycles are also available to go to the village (5 mins) or to visit the surroundings.
Rental for 12 people maximum, End of stay cleaning included, 10 hours of housekeeping included for rent by the week, house linen included. Pool towels provided.
Rent a minimum week between June 29th to August 31st, from Saturday 3 pm (Check in) to Saturday 10 am (Check out)
Minimum 3 nights for the rest of the year.
