It was incredibly quiet. There was a storm outside and I never heard a thing. Also being in an industrial estate with roadworks ongoing I would have expected some disturbance but it was silent in my room.
I was working on my laptop for long hours and the chair was really uncomfortable as it was bare hard plastic. I know this is to help with cleaning but it could have done with a cushion. It's a really minor comment but maybe could help.

Even though the location was in a more or less commercial area, the facility was in great condition, and the rooms were very clean, and the staff very welcoming. I strongly recommend this accommodation for anyone to use, as it was great value for money, and next door to the "Kelpies", and local knowledge provided great shortcut access to this magnificent attraction during the evening hours whilst it was lit up.

For the price I paid for my and my partner, I was expecting the clean and minimal. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless. Very spacious. The bed was really comfy. The shower was excellent! There is a communal kitchen if needed. It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very polite and were more than happy to assist if needed, very knowledgeable of the area and of excellent places to eat. The hotel building was previously offices....they have done an excellent conversion.
The only thing was.......the bed. Would be more comfortable if it was bigger....however I'd rather be smaller haha. No bother though, I got my cuddles and the husband got to nestle into my freshly washed hair.
