Good basic cheap motel. Room (shared facilities) was great. Clean, recently painted, new streaming service TV, sink, comfortable bed with soft mattress. It's a former ***, so the shared toilets and showers are a bit like an airliner or ferry toilet, but all clean and working. The other guests were just normal folk, no excessive noise or bother. Staff are good. No tea or coffee facilities in room, but a good ground coffee machine in the foyer - £1.79 for a decent coffee. We're booking back in again for sure.

Would 100% stay here long term for work! It has an equipped kitchen, literally 5/10 minuets from all the big work sites in the area. The rooms are cleaned EVERY day with fresh towels, bedding when required, surfaces wipes etc. The showers are shared but never had a problem with either the showers or the toilets being unclean. Kitchen always immaculate, and the staff are always there to help you. Beds are COMFY🔥. This hotel has received some criticism and I don’t see why. I had a bunk room and they are nice and spacious. You get exactly what you pay for and it is spot on. It’s like a little community and has a nice little seating area in the front with a coffee machine. If you are in the area for work I would 100% recommend. See you guys again soon! Thanks, Beth.

It was ok with the advantage of self catering kitchen but we were not aware in advance that the room I booked was not en-suite so we had to pay extra for the en-suite. The shower hook was broken in the en-suite so I have to email. Also there was only cardboard crockery and cutlery which was unusual.
