Introducing Granada Del Mar, a stunning beachfront condominium comprising 36 units located just west of Christiansted. This spacious retreat features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.
Each bedroom offers a serene sanctuary for rest and relaxation, with one boasting a luxurious king bed accompanied by two nightstands, while the other provides two full beds complemented by a single nightstand. Ample storage space is provided by full closets and dressers, while the full bathrooms feature beautifully tiled showers.
Recently renovated in 2013, our condo boasts modern kitchen and bath cabinets, as well as new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and washer & dryer. A gas grill is available for outdoor culinary delights. While air conditioning is an option, the refreshing trade winds often render it unnecessary.
The property features a large pool and a charming clubhouse complete with ping pong facilities. Additionally, a putting green adds a touch of recreational fun to your stay.
Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, Granada Del Mar offers a serene and relaxing ambiance. With a swimming beach, restaurants, and bars just a short driving distance, convenience meets coastal bliss. It's worth noting that all beaches in St. Croix are public, ensuring endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment!

Well equipped condo. Fabulous view and central location.

We stayed for nearly 6 weeks. It’s ground floor on the ocean. The waves are about 50’ away, but it’s not a swimming beach. There was always seaweed and rocks out there. We loved to sit on the patio and watch the ocean. We did have many windy days, but just go to the other side of the island for calmer seas.This unit had a small, nice well equipped kitchen with a washer & dryer. The dining, living room area was spacious with a great TV. The bedrooms & bathrooms worked well for our group. The WiFi worked great (except for the back bedroom). The AC worked great!The neighbors were friendly and several had dogs which wasn’t a problem. The building has a generator which can be a big plus cause St Croix has power outages. We liked the location, but had to drive wherever we wanted go. Renting a vehicle from Centerline is a must.We felt safe back in the corner where Granda Del Mar is located. Very little traffic in this area.

The condo was very clean but the property pictures for the outside needs to be updated. The beach is covered in rock so we had to go other places for beach. Also, the exterminator showed up on our last day and sprayed the condo. Something that could have waited until the next day. This is a good place to stay but one will have to go out on the island for beach area
