About this apartment rental
Vacation in the Gringo Gulch neighborhhod, this apartment offers an authentic Mexican experience, from the chic Mexican décor to the coble stone streets, stunning views of the iconic Parroquia de Guadalupe Cathedral and the Pacific in the background.
The apartment complex was opened in 2017, offering brand new and top of the line furnishings and appliances. This unit also has a spacious balcony that offers front row seats to Puerto Vallarta's spectacular sunsets!

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
- Guests shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Premises.
They will have to follow to the letter the internal regulation of the complex.
1. Any person who is not listed in the occupation application has denied access to this building. And likewise, tenants have no friends and visitors allowed to make use of common areas of this building.
If you want to have a visit, you need to notify me first in order to register them at security. If you dont notify me, then visits wont be able to enter the property and you will get penalized.
2. Guests should not use the unit to alter the peace and quiet of this building or other owners, excessive noise is not tolerated of 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Check in after 9pm have an extra cost of $25usd

Beautiful condo located on the hillside. I loved the location in old town. If you don’t mind walking hills, everything is within walking distance. The views can’t be beat, everything was very clean and comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. Rooftop pool was my personal favorite. The view was unbeatable. Checking in and out was simple. service and communication was perfect. would definitely stay again.

Photos do not do this place justice. The views from the balcony and rooftop pool were absolutely stunning. It is the perfect location for ocean gazing, whale watching, sunset viewing, mountain viewing. We spent hours just watching the locals and vacationers on the street below and looking around at the neighboring properties and city sights. It is a great location. A few blocks down to the Malecon, a few more blocks to the beach. Or up the mountain to the Mirador de la Cruz (get up there.. it's amazing). The building sits several streets up the mountain side and there are many steep stairs, so if you have mobility issues you might not like this. (Then again.. all of PV is covered in steep stairs and cobblestones.. that's what makes it such a charming place). The condo was very clean. Furniture was comfortable. Beds were huge and very comfy. Gringo Gulch is much quieter than the Romantic Zone except for some barking dogs and rooster, but when you shut the windows and turned on the room unit ACs, sleeping was great. There was plenty of balcony space and seating. The rooftop pool area was a nice place to sit and chat with fellow travelers also staying in the building. Even though there are only eight loungers, we never had problems getting one. The pool is larger than the photos make it look. We had such a great time and highly recommend this property.
