Really clean and comfortable
Microwave needs to be looked at the glass plate not correct one . Missing kitchen items line forks and spoons 1st day unable to use couches they were washed . I was informed after I had already arrived to location.

We loved the rooftop with amazing view, pool, and table. Location was also amazing. The condo was comfortable, with AC, nice kitchen, and king size bed.
The pillows were too big for our taste, and the floors could have been cleaned better upon arrival.

Nise’s location is great; we love the neighborhood market up the street and the proximity to the Malecón. The apartment is both spacious and comfortable. The stacking glass door opening up to the balcony allows us to feel like we are part of the neighborhood, even while inside.
The kitchen appliances are really nice, and it is stocked adequately. The dishes and glasses are fine, but the knives, and kitchen shears are very used at this point.

It has a nice view from the roof and is fairly close to all the major amenities and touristy areas.
The fairly nice quality building, but needs some serious maintenance all around. Door knobs half falling off showerhead that don’t work because they’re so plugged up. Barely any hot water. Ceiling fan made noise when it’s spun. The lights in the big pool were barely ever on. We almost figured they didn’t work in a lot of little things.
