About this apartment rental

La Loma Calle is a well appointed luxury 3 bedroom ground floor apartment. Each room has a terrace area meaning you can choose to sit in the sun or shade depending on your mood. The two main terraces have glass curtains so you can open in the summer or close in the winter to give outside dining all year.

The apartment La Loma Calle is simply exceptional. It has been designed by the prestigious architect Melvin Villarroel and it is based on his concept of “architecture of the vacío” where architecture and nature meet in a “comprehensive design” converging with a great garden area with exuberant vegetation in which the community swimming pool takes pride of place.

La Loma Calle is situated on a gentle rise of ground and has an excellent view over the lake: the terrace is very large and private, overlooking the bunkers of the 15th hole, giving an impression of a beach along the lake.

La Loma Calle is a spacious ground floor apartment on the newest phase of the fantastic Mar Menor Golf Resort. Benefiting from air-conditioning and heating throughout, La Loma Calle is furnished to a high standard, with an open-plan living area and kitchen, together with three bedrooms, with the master bedroom having the added advantage of an ensuite bathroom.

Large patio windows from the lounge and master bedroom lead to a large terrace, with a six seater outdoor sofa, a dining table and sun loungers, which makes a great place for relaxing in the sun or dining alfresco.

Within a few short steps, you will find the delightful, large communal pool, which is a great place to splash around and cool off, or meet other people. The resort facilities can be found within a short walk from Lorena's situation on 'Espliego' road, and close to here is the El Boulevard complex with several great bars and restaurants.
