About this apartment rental
This is a stunning and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, with lovely views of the Golf Resort, pool and lake. The apartment is brand new and has been furnished to a superior standard, with beautiful leather sofas and dining chairs to give you the comfort and luxury of a boutique hotel.
All the bedrooms are beautifully appointed with lovely bed covers and cushions, two are double rooms with queen size double beds and the third room contains two single beds. Each bedroom contains it's own double wardrobe space with bedside drawers. All bedrooms also have their own private terraces, so you can enjoy the sun all day long!
The lounge contains a large leather sofa where you can relax and watch the new flat screen TV with blu-Ray player. Wifi, satellite television and a large selections of DVDs are available for your enjoyment.
For relaxing in the evenings there is a large terrace with patio dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and watching the sun go down over the pool.
The apartment is situated on the exclusive 5* Jack Nicklaus designed Mar Menor Golf Resort with gated entrance and 24 hour security. Amongst the outstanding on-site facilities is the first class golf course, a club house, bars, four international restaurants, a supermarket, tennis courts, golf school, communal pools and a designated shopping area.
At the centre of the resort is the Exclusive 5* Intercontinental Hotel with a World Class Spa which is open to non-residents and is a partner Hotel of IHG Worldwide. The hotel boasts several restaurants and bars, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese cuisine. This was our 3rd time staying at Paul’s rental. We just love it. S few minor issues which were sorted same day. A great apartment, will def stay again.

The size and layout of the apartment was excellent. The view from each of the balconies was lovely and you could guarantee sun all day. Lovely setting near a very quiet pool, apart from early evening. Hire car is essential to explore area. Only 10 minutes to local beaches and restaurants. Bit disappointed in restaurant attached to the hotel. Paul the owner was easily accessible and kept us informed and offered advice on various issues. Bit disappointed in the on site manager. A number of requests were made, none were forthcoming. Welcome pack should have been there according to owner but wasn’t and it’s always nice to be met at the apartment just to clarify a few things. It that didn’t happen. Overall though an excellent holiday and we definitely would return.

The apartment was ideal for our stay, a family of 5, with loads of space for everyone. The listing doesn't do the size of the apartment justice. Everything was very smooth and the communication with Paul was excellent. Overall a great apartment and a great complex.

We had a wonderful week . The apartment was spacious well appointed with wonderful views from the balconies where we ate all our meals.
It was a bit difficult to get groceries from the local spar since we didn’t have a vehicle. Pool was cooling and quiet.
Enjoyed our week there.
