About this apartment rental
Lovely 3 bed apartment on a popular street with short walk to sports facilities, supermarket, bars, restaurants. Also with no apartment above the balcony gets some more sun. All 3 bedrooms have king-size beds with mattresses that can be zipped together so every bedroom can be used as 1 bed or twins, whatever suits your needs!
It has stunning views of the golf course and the swimming pool.
The accommodation comes fully equipped with:, garden furniture, terrace, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, access to communal swimming pools, parking near the building, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English etc ) and a music system. Lift access, children's play areas and tennis and padle courts are available too.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, café for breakfasts and snacks, a bar and even a gift shop!)
- Number 6 - Exquisite cuisine and cocktail lounge
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar

This apartment is really lovely - well decorated, the furniture is good quality. The balcony is lovely - the seating area is comfortable and the dining table outside easily fits 6. The kitchen is very well appointed - plenty of glasses, plastic cups, crockery and a range of utensils. The dishwasher was great as we were a group of 6. There are sun loungers on the balcony - there are none for use beside the pool and others took theirs down and had chains and padlocks to keep them safe - we didn't have those and it would have been a struggle taking them up and down for a couple of hours so didn't do that. There is a lift which is handy. The check in information provided by the keyholder was really detailed and check in and out was incredibly easy. The pool is lovely and we often had it to ourselves, although it did get busy in the early evenings. We stayed for 10 days and would recommend this apartment.
