Широка къща, достатъчно за голяма компания, чисто бельо, заредени домакински уреди и пособия. Удобни външни мебели , дворно място и зеленина. Лесна комуникация с домакина, на разположение и съдействие.
Нужда от освежаване и по -цялостно почистване в общата част и кухнята.

בית מאד יפה, מרווח, מטבח מאובזר, מיקום מול הים ונוף נהדר.
א. הבית לא ערוך לאורחים בחורף. יש אמנם אח עצים בסלון אבל זה מחמם רק את הסביבה הקרובה מאד והמזגן היחיד במסדרון לא מצליח לחמם את החדרים בכלל. ב. אחד החדרים היה קטן ממש ופחות נוח.
