I stayed from Monday to Saturday. It is a nice building and each floor has two rooms, and worth mentioning the two rooms are inter-connected, which took me by surprise. Though, it wasn’t a problem until a group checked in on Friday. TAV is surrounded by several clubs, and again it wasn’t a problem until Friday - until Thursday every night you could expect the music to be ceased by 02:00. I consider TAV good value for money, to certain extend I would say too good to be true. The room was well maintained and I did feel home away from home. My last night here went downhill, it was a nightmare. A group of guys moved into the connected room next door and I did not realise how poorly sound proofed the rooms were - I could hear every word of their conversation, phone notifications, laughters ….. then things escalated, there were clubs only open on weekends and the music was 200 times louder than weekdays, from 17:00 onwards! This really doesn’t help as I had early flight on the following day. I thought the music would cease at 02:00 but no, it carried on til 5:00 in the morning. The room was like right in the middle of the clubs, there is no chance ear plugs would be sufficient. Needless to say I could not sleep at all until 05:30. The poor sound proof for TAV is really a let down of such a wonderful accommodation facility. My experience last night here is really poor. I would still stay there during the week but will definitely avoid Friday and Saturday at all costs.

I did not like the locking system, When pushing to exit the house, it may take up to 3x to get the door to unlock. If there was a fire and you you can't get out fast, you'll be in trouble. It's a huge safety issue that needs to be addressed.

Great modern loft, walking distance to major sites and shopping area. Roof top patio was a highlight of our trip to Athens to relax and take in city scapes. Night life nearby can get loud on the busy nights.

Excellent accommodations for our family! Once the security system is figured out, you are on your way to enjoying a very welcoming, clean, spacious, well/furnished, well lit, apartment with A/C and every appliance you need, and very friendly staff ready to help if you need them. The area around the complex doesn’t sleep, so it it very noisy in the neighbourhood, but there are free earplugs for every guest if needed! A safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay! 5/5

A very spacious and modern apartment, also very clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us were the extremely worn mattresses. It was impossible to lie in the middle on one of them because it was leaning extremely to one side. A second key card would also be an advantage. Despite this, we would definitly stay here again!

The loft was gorgeous. Loads of space, stylish, very comfortable. Great support for anything we needed. Friday night was loud but whitenoise On a speaker made it easy to sleep. My family and I would definitely stay again.

This was my first time traveling to Greece, and my stay at this property was excellent. Before I arrived, I received an email the check-in instructions. It’s very clear and very easy to get into the unit. The property does not have a front desk. Inside the unit, there were lots of thoughtful touches that add to the experience. If you forget any toiletry items, it’s likely that this property has provided it in the room. This property has a fully functional kitchen and all of the things that are needed to cook a meal. One of the nights that I was there I decided to cook and then eat on the balcony and it was great. The views from the rooftop or from your balcony, depending on what floor you’re on are amazing. Again, depending on what floor you’re on, you can see the acropolis. The only negative that I can think of is if you are a light sleeper this may not be the best location. The area that the building is located in is clearly a party/club neighborhood. About two blocks away there are several bars/clubs that play music late into the night. This didn’t bother me at all, and actually was quite convenient to go out and explore Athens nightlife. But even if you do find the nightlife area to be a negative the property provided earplugs on the nightstand. I would definitely choose to stay here again. It was a great experience.

Property is in a great location, near the metro and you can have a view of the Acropolis. Very clean and has a lift for your bags. A little noisy at night, it’s almost beside a strip joint and bars but quiet after 11ish or so. Would stay here again when I travel to Athens.

Studio 402 - up to an excellent modern standard, and exceptional cleaness. Location few minutes from metro and therefore access to the metro blue line which is directly to the airport. The studio has a balcony with a view to the acropolis from side of the balcony. The area has a number of nightclubs near by and at the weekends can be noisy. Also, balcony on the roof giving views of the area but if being used late at night can be noisy in the studio below with people moving chairs about. This only happened one night at 2am during our 4 night stay.

Security of building was good, the area had many strip clubs & loud clubs with music going until 7-8 am…the management kept turning the air conditioning off so we had to open doors to get air in unit, no windows or fans & a bat came in & it was a terrifying horrible experience, which I know was a very random thing to happen & might never happen again but being put in that position was wrong of management to do to us…but the property & condition was very good, clean & nicely put together with all the basic necessities, the local ‘square’ was great too, overall good experience for the most part & beautiful views from the rooftop

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The loft is very nice and the attention to detail (slippers, loofah sponge, earplugs 😅) added to the enjoyment. Eva had great communication throughout. As the other reviews have mentioned, there is a loud party scene that lasts into the wee hours, but it didn't really bother us. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The unit has been beautifully renovated and the location within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the Metro is ideal. Only downside is the very active nightlife nearby can be a bit noisy, but management provides ear plugs for light sleepers. If ever in Athens again will definitely stay here.

Great location. The loft was wonderful. Having two baths was worth having the bigger space. The staff were great and responsive. The noise was a bit much, but I was able to sleep. Being so close to many restaurants and the metro made this location excellent.

The property is well designed and appointed generally. The design includes windows facing the Acropolis at a good distance - close enough to see some details and far enough to gain context. It's very secure internally while the location is quite run down. The manager is very attentive.

Fab stay, thoroughly enjoyed it! Cleaning was ace, loft was modern and had everything you could think to ask for and more, location was very central with lots of restaurants and bars off it and just 2 stops away from the the main syntagma square as well. You can tell the area is going through a regeneration scheme, so a mix of rough and modern buildings side by side but still was still okay. Only downsides for us were the fact that being so close to bars and clubs meant noise all night every night ( really can’t avoid that) and the bed was 2 separate singles pushed together which kept drifting apart from each other when you sleep so as a couple wasn’t comfortable for us. Otherwise really great loft with an excellent and ready to help host! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place despite above issues as was overall still a great stay.

Self service apartment. Contact through WhatsApp and get the PIN to go in and check-in is completed. Big supermarket within 10min walk and cooking too available. Neighbourhood is a bit too quiet and night clubs at night. Eva (point of contact) was very helpful throughout the whole process and she helped us in staying 2 more nights there when we missed our flight back home.

Eva was great about communicating the check in and check out procedures with us. Gave us the building code the morning of check in and everything was smooth sailing. The interior of the loft was great. Everything was brand new, stylish, spacious. The neighbourhood has lots of dining options that are within walkable distance. Note that the sofa bed downstairs wasn't as comfortable and the noise from the clubs can sometimes be heard at night if you leave windows open. It is in a neighbourhood that's going through some gentrification. Overall, it was a great option for us to stay for one night in Athens before heading to the airport on the M3 line (3min walk)!

The property itself is amazing and beautiful. The rooftop area is gorgeous at night - full 360 view of the city all around. The walls are kinda thin - we heard all the loud music and vehicle noises … there is a bunch of bars around the area but still nonetheless - I would book again :)
