Geraldo was very helpful and kind. He made extra effort to make my stay comfortable and stress free. I had to print out forms and Geraldo helped me print on a Sunday when all other shops were closed. He even brought me a wine bottle opener and glass so I can have some wine during my stay.
Due to Jubilee and inaugural mass by new Pope, the prices for hotels were very expensive that weekend. This location was the very BEST I could afford along the Metro A line. Much farther from city center than I would normally stay. But this had nothing to do with the property and the host, just the situation I was in.
