Está localizado bem próxima a estação Giulio Agrícola de metrô linha A, que permite acesso fácil a todas as atrações turísticas e a locomoção pela cidade de Roma. As instalações são modernas e muito bem decorada. Não é grande, mas é espaçoso o suficiente para um casal. Conseguimos acomodar toda a nossa bagagem. sem problema algum. A cama é confortável e o banheiro bom. Os itens da roupa de cama e de banho são ótimos e de boa qualidade. É provido de sabonetes, shampoo e papel higiênico, suficientes para todo o período da estadia. A anfitriã é bem educada, gentil e prestativa, fornecendo todas as orientações e apoio, inclusive, para nos auxiliar no traslado da unidade para o aeroporto.
Tinha pouca pressão de água no chuveiro. Mas, não nos causou transtornos.
